We did a mobile pick up order on 7/14/25, not only did the drive thru workers have awful attitudes, but my salad was completely rotten. Extremely frustrating when you live 30 minutes from the restaurant only to get home and realize your meal is not edible. Attached are photos of about half my salad as I began picking out spoiled lettuce, before I realized the entire thing was rotten.

I get to the window there are two older female employees, one on her phone, just hanging out I saw them do nothing while I was there. Well the one not on her phone did move to the mobile pick up window and stare at me the whole time. Four cars waiting on pick-ups, no one dining in. The young man who brought me my food was very pleasant and polite despite the fact that I know he was frustrated as he was one 2 people actually working. Then I get home and I’m missing a 4pcs chicken nugget, The chicken on my sandwich was definitely old and fried twice, ordered extra didn’t get it the cheese I did get was obviously on the chicken during the 2nd fry. The cinnabons were rock hard and cold they didn’t rise right didn’t even fill the container and again ordered extra cream cheese frosting or whatever and definitely did not get extra. I had similar issues last time. So there most likely will not be a next time.

Ordered a large single combo with coke to drink, 4-pc nuggets and ranch, JBC, sour cream & chives bkd. potato. Got home to find my single was nothing but a dried out burnt square, no ranch and somebody else’s 4-pc nuggets. This is the third time to have a hamburger patty like this and my very last time at the Wendy’s in Union. It’s just gross anymore. Wendy’s used to be a quality food place (for fast food anyways) but this location is not worth the cost. Sad thing is, most of Union’s fast food is not good anymore. You have a 50/50 shot of your order being right and good anywhere you grab something to eat.

Workers are kinda rude and seem miserable. I know working in food service can be difficult, but sometimes you just have to bite your tongue and get through the day. Food is almost always cold and seems old as well. When we asked for extra ketchup today, the lady said there were some in the bag then slammed the window shut. When we got home there were only 2 small packets even though we got large fries and lots of nuggets.

I was told to move to mobile order parking to wait for my order. I waited 10 mins & something told me to go in. I went in & asked to cancel my order because my break was almost over. They asked what my order was & when I told them, another employee said she gave my food to someone else because she didn’t see my car pulled up. Her coworker said I told her to pull in mobile parking. There needs to be better communication with employees because not only did I waste majority of my lunch break, someone else received free food due to basic lack of communication.

Admittedly I don’t eat fast foods much anymore!I eat out a lot but I prefer restaurants with meat and 3 over all of the burger and or chicken places!Today was the second time I ate at the Union,SC Wendy’s!First time was 6 months after grand opening,so it had been awhile since I ate there!I gave it a brutally bad review back then!Today was only slightly better because the fries were ok!Last time was terrible!I have a great appetite but I didn’t finish anything but the diet coke!Rare!Today the burger was still bad,and rest of meal not much better!I will not be going back there again!Take my review with a grain of salt!I’m just one person with an opinion!But I can spend my money better than this!
