For being a franchise inside if a Walmart I was actually more than surprised. I absolutely love the fries. Crunchy on the outside soft on the inside. Super hot. The sandwich was actually pretty good
The price was a bit heavy but then again going to McDonald’s is super expensive and this is easily comparable.
The staff and location were amazing.
Everything was super clean.

First time to eat at a Charley’s in years… OMG so delicious and fresh! Stephen was polite and recommended the most delicious chicken cheese steak I have had in recent memory! I added 4 boneless wings for $2 and they definitely were better than expected. Definitely coming back! The new owners are awesome. If you had a bad experience with the previous owners give them another shot, you will not be disappointed!

This spot is inside Walmart on Broadway near Home Depot. They cheesesteaks, wings and fries. Cheesesteak is good, wings good fries are fresh and hot. Lemonade is very refreshing and I got a free refill.

Located inside the Walmart, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the store was immaculate! The only problem I had was the wings that I got, which may be my fault for ordering wings at a sandwich shop. The quality is what I would expect out of Jack in the Box: slightly soggy and the buffalo sauce was very vinegary. The blue cheese sauce tasted like cheap buttermilk ranch with watered down off brand creamy blue cheese. Their subs have always been delicious so I’ll stick to those from now on.

Walmart needs a Charley’s in every store. Unlike Walmart employees these people were patient and pleasant. OH YEAH, the sandwiches were off the chain. The bread was fresh and toasted. Every vegetable you could name was available. The meat thinly sliced and well seasoned. The fries are better than “McDon’t say it”. Try the lemon aid… OMG, yall it’s fresh! I loved it.

Charley’s located inside of Walmart is different but it’s great to have something different then your average fast food restaurant. Food is always made fresh! Myself and my family love the food here. Our favorite is also the LEMONADES! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I’m giving one star for Pearland offering something different, one for the experience. I ordered a Bacon 3 cheesesteak add grilled onions and peppers with lemonade. I go to Charley’s in Fresno often. (AMAZING!!!!)This sandwich comes with Provolone, Swiss, shredded cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and a pickle. My total came to 12.33 Below is what I got. I return the sandwich and the cashier tells me this order doesn’t come with fries. So I’m paying 12.33 for what looks to be 1/2 oz of beef and a loaf of bread? The manager comes up doesn’t speak, doesn’t offer to correct the issue, and then couldn’t return my money back to my card. As I waited for my return, there were 2 other people waiting with issues. Stay with your original Charley’s. This one wasn’t worth the almost 20 minute wait.

The cashier charged me for (2) combos when I only ordered (1). I simply asked for a refund right away as soon as noticed it, food hadn’t even started cooking. The cashier Naushad then asked me if I’d like something else on the menu in its place. I said no, refund please. Then he said give me a second. Less then a minute later he came and said they cannot do refunds, remind you I had not received my food yet. I said well what happens when someone makes a mistake, and his response was and I quote “I don’t make mistakes” and told me if I wanted a refund I should file a fraud claim with my credit card. I said and I quote “No, one that is unlawful as it isn’t a true fraud claim and two they would cancel my card and have to ship me another one.” He replied back with “No, they won’t cancel your card” as if he works for the bank and knows.
Overall the worst most arrogant customer service experience of my life. And sadly he appears to be the manager or possible owner of the location.
