Jersey Mike’s never disappoints! The subs are absolutely next-level always fresh, perfectly stacked, and full of flavor. Every bite tastes like it was made with real care. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and fast. Even when they’re busy, they move like a well-oiled machine, working quickly without ever making you feel rushed. So I posted a review not too long ago about Jersey mikes due to how poorly I felt the service was and quality of the sandwiches but I must submit a new review expressing how much better this trip was. Both girls helping at the counter were attentive and did a great job assembling both sandwiches correctly. They didn’t miss any addons or substitutions. Very pleased with this visit.

I got a Philly Cheese Steak Sub. I ordered it with extra pickles and he put 4 pickles on my. WTH and the meat is extremely dry. I definitely won’t be getting that sandwich again for a first time customer ever. Very disappointed

My boyfriend and I ordered our subs online as a pickup order. We burn asked for them to add lettuce to both subs, also asked to add mayo to my boyfriends and also to add tomato to mine. We got home with the food and realized they did not add lettuce to one sandwich. I had also asked for no peppers on my sandwich but they neglected to leave them off. Seeing that we were already home when we noticed all this we weren’t going to drive all the way back for them to fix anything. I could be wrong but I feel that the biggest contributing factor as to why our sandwich’s were made incorrectly was due to the fact that the only people working at the store, or at least the only ones manning the front area of the store were 3 teenagers, they were def more concerned about their conversations rather then paying attention to that customers requests.

Absolutely the best! If you want a sandwich for lunch or dinner, stop here. The owner Steve is an amazing leader and so is the GM Nate. Their staff has great customer service skills and genuinely care for the customers needs. I’m there 4 or 5 times a month. I work outdoors and on the road a lot. They cater to me and it’s not necessary, but I absolutely appreciate it. Thank you everyone at Jersey Mike’s at the Highlands

The associate that made our sandwiches was so patient with me because it was my first time eating there. He let me try a sample of the spicy ham that was on my sandwich to make sure it wasn’t too spicy. Every person working this afternoon were great. I will definitely return.

Amazing crew here, could not have had a better experience. Kind, helpful and all of the above. My girlfriend and I went here for dinner on the 5th and I have never been happier with the food or service. We showed up at around 4 PM. The crews had just changed but both were the most respectful and kind people you could ask for. The early crew helped us pick out our subs and toppings and the late crew wished us a good night and gave us bags to take the subs home. Will be back!
