I’m so disappointed came to this WABISABI thinking it was going to be good as the one in Rancho Cucamonga. I’m sorry but it was a mistake. They don’t have TEPPAN GRILL. The fried rice was loaded with soy sauce, the meat had too much black pepper. The crunch roll had too much teriyaki.

Worst sushi I’ve ever had.
Butter shrimp roll is just like pan fried shrimp with broccoli at roll top
Extremely salty, not sure if the chef’s hands are shaking when putting salt.
White rice is the best part in chicken curry.

Extensive menu with fresh sushi, ramen, bento box, and teppanyaki/hibachi. This location has ramen and udon as opposed to the Pats Ranch location. They do have hibachi and teppanyaki but is not cooked in front of you. Quick and casual dining. Attentive service. Lunch specials until 2:30pm everyday.

Wabi Sabi was the first sushi I ever tried two years ago and it’ll continue to be one of my fav sushi spots. 2nd time trying this location and I got it delivered by Uber eats but they made my rolls super fast. I got the eel crunch roll & black tiger roll; Both were nice sized rolls/bigger than I expected, and tasted good!
(I forgot to take a picture before I started eating the crunch roll lol)

The mixed tempura was not crispy, and the Kami Kaza roll came with imitation crab, which was not mentioned in the ingredients, ruining the roll. I hate imitation crab, and I usually read the menu carefully to avoid ordering it by mistake. However, I liked the Energy Special Roll and would order that again, but not the other items.
