HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 2 1/2 YEARS
I’ll note that this hasn’t been the best subway I’ve ever been to, but it’s been the best location CLOSEST to me in Huntsville. Came in just today to order two sandwiches. Noticed a new sticker on the glass of the deli that notated serving sizes… guess what a serving size of black olives is?!? 6 singular SLICES of a black olive… INSANE. I should’ve took a picture to post here. The olives weren’t the only disparity. I had to literally say more 3 times for each vegetable that I asked for. When I asked for onions, mind you they are already tiny slices of onions that are about 2 inches long each, the worker grabbed 5 tiny slices and spread them unevenly along the barron footlong sub. My sandwiches, despite having asked for every vegetable on them still ended up being 80% bread. They are serving charcuterie and passing it for sandwiches now. I will never go back to this location. Gladly spending 32$ for two meals at this place is a thing of the past. I hope it gets the attention that it deserves.

The old man was rude and disrespectful. I ask him to give me the fresh cheese because the other cheese was old and the color has changed do it being out all day in the open area. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.

First tried to use a valid coupon but was told at the register that coupon was not acceptable for the sandwich I ordered. Ok fine what ever. Then they charged me over $15 for a 6” meal deal. When I complained they rang up the 6” sandwich again and it showed the sandwich alone was $11+ dollars. I complained a third time showing if them their menu board listing a 6” sandwich at a little over $7. Eventually they refunded me cash. Not coming here again.
The coupon says add ons extra but doesn’t limit the kind of sub…they accepted the coupon before and do now but only sorta? These people lost my future business over a $3 coupon. Sad.

The owner is the worst, rude and very unprofessional. I’m talking to the guy who’s make my sandwich and the old man just interrupts into our conversation and tells me to sit down while he makes my sandwich I didn’t want it toasted and I was trying to tell him that. I ordered it online and clearly put that in the order we go back and forth and he began to get aggressive with his words and cursing. Do not come here they will mess up your order and are very disrespectful

Skip this location, no sign anywhere about coupons
My friend got the exact sandwich I got about 20 minutes before hand and had a coupon that I gave him for 3.99 for a half. I went in with my footlocker for 6.99 and he didnt honor it, said we dont take coupons. Then was lowkey rude saying I should have showed him it to before. My friend literally said they gave him the coupon back. I have it in hand. I got double chicken and he was greedy and he just gave me normal chicken.
Mostly he was just really rude about it and I’ve been to this location before since its by my work and never had a problem before.
It was the old Indian Man. If he’s there watch out. Also there was a guy putting rat stuff everywhere. Not a good sign.

I ordered online and got the hot honey chicken but after I picked it up and got home and opened it there was no hot honey or cilantro sauce and there was no cheese and like 5 pieces of chicken. The sandwich had no flavor because of it. I clicked no on the chip thing and they still put it and I didn’t click yes for lettuce and they put it. The whole sandwich was just the chip things and lettuce. Would not recommend going there not the first time this happened, they need to get a new manager and new workers. Would recommend going to the one across the street in the Walmart instead.

Older man working behind the counter was very rude. Walked into store and was greeted by a nicer employee, couldn’t find a way to use my points on the app and pay in store so i sat and placed a mobile order and when i walked up to the counter i was told “go sit down we’ll call you up when it’s ready we don’t like when people watch” like its subway, you’re supposed to be able to watch it being made and you go somewhere and pay with your own earned money, i just thought this was very rude will not come back here again

They cheat you if you order on the app. You pay for extra something, you get barely any of it, routinely. They can’t do this when you’re standing in line watching them make it, of course. They only do this if you order online and come to pick it up. They also water down their sauces.
Don’t go to this Subway, go to a nearby one instead, there are several nearby Subways that are much better.
