Drive thru only. Good alternative to Starbucks. Maybe even better. I came in from out of town so I wanted to try something that I don’t have back home, and I was not disappointed. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte & an egg, cheese, and bacon breakfast sandwich. The coffee was nice and “pumpkin spicey” and the sandwich was great. The bread was fresh. I’ll be coming again before I leave town.

5 out of 5 for flavor. 1 star as the pumpkin chai that we got had bits of hard plastic in it. Tried to call the store, no answer. No place to message the store. This is why we are leaving a review. I would assume plastic bits is against health code. But who knows, its America after all.

I’ve been going here a long time ordering the same reeses blended with no problems. The last 2 times I went the drink came out completely wrong and awful…. I had them remake the first one abs it was fine, I had them remake the second one and they still made it wrong. It was liquid (not thick like usual)with no whip cream on top and you can taste the pumpkin spice in it. Just weird that there was 3 or 4 of them and they didn’t know how to make it!?

I got an extra large matcha tea latte from this Scooters. I was very disappointed as someone who works at a Scooters Coffee. I asked for oat milk in my drink and it seems as they just filled it up with water instead of milk! It was very watery and didn’t taste like there was any vanilla or cinnamon brown sugar like I asked!

Workers did not say “scoot on around” after order was taken. Then had to repeat my order multiple times at the window. My order was then made fun of and messed up by employees. Not very impressed, call corporate.

I have a heart condition and I get decaf coffee. This is one of the only places that does iced decaf. An employee messed up my order ( hey it happens, not mad) but she went above and beyond to message me and let me know she messed up and offered to replace it! I am forever grateful for her accountability and helpfulness, it prevented a possible flare up of my SVT.

WOW! What an absolutely amazing experience! The drinks were made heavenly l, I just ordered the wrong thing. I should’ve taken the absolutely amazing recommendation from the young lady, Ella. She brightened my day beyond relief and one of the most memorable meetings with customer service I’ve seen. The smile she gave me made me felt welcomed and ready to be served. If you’re looking for good coffee in Iowa, take the drive, ask for Ella, and enjoy your day! The manager is a little harsh on the costumers and her employees….

Well if it wasn’t for the only young man that works there I’d of tried to rate this as a negative star. I stop in there several times a week and he is probably one of the best persons I have ran across in costumer service in a very long time and am really on the edge of trying to take him from the scooters establishment. For the most part his co-workers seem as if they would rather stand around and discuss everyone else’s “problems” in the open and in front of whom ever cares to listen. In short I guess that this young man is the only reason I return and dread it when he’s not working because who knows what you’ll get for your orders.

Scooter’s is my favorite. Love this location, the staff is so nice, fast service, and always a perfect drink. Love the Mango Peach Lemonade. The smoothies with Oat Milk is always perfect. We really love this location. Big shout out to the staff, they are always outstanding.
