This was my first visit to Ajiyoshi, a small yet truly authentic Japanese restaurant in Brussels. Despite its size, it offers a genuine dining experience that stands out.

This is the best sushi I have in Belgium, even better then a few sushi places I went in Japan, was so surprised about it.
The sushi is like melting in the mouth, highly recommend!
Keep in mind that a reservation is needed, and worth it.

If you are looking for an authentic Japanese restaurant in Brussels this is the right address. For 40€ you have a full course prepared by the chef, with different starters, main and dessert. I would recommend; also you need to book in advance if you want to eat there.

Best authentic Japanese cuisine they just have 1 menu only but it’s super good price it’s democratic, the chef it’s from Japan he really passionate with his cuisine like cook with heart, the sushi bowl that so good the fish it’s melting in your mouth. I think it’s best I have in Bruxelles.
