I ordered the veggie delight sandwich and got a lettuce sandwich. Are we kidding me? I shouldn’t have to add more veggies to the sandwich that should have been done correctly. So I basically paid $15 for lettuce.

The food is terrible. $80 for 3 people. Sandwiches were incorrect and lacked meat (I ordered double meat). There was barely anything on the snack dipper. Foot long cookie tasted like bad cake, the churro was dry, and I could not bite into it. This was the second time in a row with a bad experience. I want a refund!

Subway in Hicksville area is a serious joke.
I put an online order today. I barely got any veggies or meat on the turkey sub I ordered. I check marked extra onions and pickles…
When I opened the sub
4 single turkey slices
Lettuce was ok
Red onion was not even put in I went home and put some on the sub…
Pickles…. There was only 1 pickle on the entire sub.
Bread is not worth 13$ I’m going to ask for a refund. A deli can do better or honestly you can get better food at a McDonald’s or a burger king with more veggies and meat.
What a shame subway used to be one of my favorites at a point….

My recent visit was highly unsatisfactory due to poor service and concerning hygiene practices. The salesperson was preoccupied with their phone, leading to multiple errors with my order. I received the wrong salad and dressing on my sub, and there was a noticeable lack of meat. Beyond the order inaccuracies, I was particularly alarmed by the lack of hygiene. The individual preparing my food was not wearing gloves and was touching food directly with their bare hands without any apparent hand washing. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety. The combination of inattentive service and unsanitary food preparation makes for a very poor customer experience. I urge management to address these issues promptly.

Walked in and the first thing the owner or manager says to me is “the coupon I am holding is only for online ordering but as a courtesy he will take it this time”…….and he can’t even see the coupon as it’s attached to flyer I am holding. I look at the flyer and coupon given out via the neighborhood circular and it doesn’t say anywhere about online only. My meatball sandwhich was not good. The Bread stale. Beware and don’t trust this place as they seem to be dishonest and do not follow franchise rules. Too many options in my area to patron so I won’t return. Shame on you Subway for given a franchise to this owner.

The food was so bad and she was not hygienic, using her hands for everything even picking up the cookies which made it smell & taste like onions almost made me throw up. She should be fired because this happens every time I go there. This is the third time this happened to me. I’m never going to this location ever again. She also has a rude attitude and they only have 1 staff member every time. They also don’t accept coupons & tell you this when you’re about to pay there’s no signs that say you can’t use coupons. If you can go to a different subway.

When you order from the app and can’t see them making the sandwich. This is the saddest subway sandwich I’ve ever seen. Extremely limited quantity of ingredients because I wasn’t standing there watching them make it. Ugh. You can’t get what you paid for anymore.

Could not understand, English! Not to mention she had to look back at the menu board to follow recipe. Her English was terrible. I felt uncomfortable because I could not understand what she was saying. I had to ask her 3 times to repeat what she just said. I finally just said: yes, sure, yes… I felt so bad ..plus she seemed to not really have a clue .. especially in English. Sandwich was delicious… but this lady clearly doesn’t belong in the front talking to customers.
It stunk, frustrating as well. Don’t think I’d return to that location. Not the servers fault, someone /manager hired the wrong person to serve the customers. I’m sure she’s very nice…. However… management should go back look at the tape of her taking orders…..you’ll see that most people have no clue what she asks them…no one clearly 100% could answer her random standard questions. Don’t fire her, fire the person who hired her to interact with the clients.
She should not be faulted, she never should have be put in that actual position.
Manager needs to be retrained. Sorry.

Worst subway in America. Sign states open at 8. They open at 8 maybe 3x a week. The man told me they open at 9, which they clearly don’t considering they are open at 8 multiple days of the week. Owner is a trash can. Doesn’t deserve anything.
