Come check out Mikey’s Late Night Slice!!! I was literally out looking for a slice after midnight in 10 degree weather! The spot was empty and tomorrow is their GRAND OPENING!!! The people, scene and overall vibe is PERFECT for the area. Definitely something to look forward to once the weather breaks. Had a conversation with a few staff and they we all very welcoming. No question this spot will be a hit. Can’t wait to come back. Tell Cassidy, Josh or Mia you read this if you stop by!

Had to try this place cause the pizza looked amazing and let me tell you they did not disappoint! The staff was super nice and helpful! I went with the basic cheese and basil and my gf got the pepperoni with Mike’s hot honey and loved it! Definitely a place you have to try and we will be coming back for sure!

My wife and I loved our first visit and likely will return tonight. While it was slammed in that opening hour when we were there, the kitchen did an amazing job of keeping up. Great vibe throughout the building.

Cramped for as many people were there. The order/pickup counter feels tucked behind the bar, tricky to navigate when grabbing your whole pizza to take back to a table.
The sauces were ok. The unicorn sauce was unique, the 2 ranch options were empty which was disappointing.
As far as the pizza goes, it’s a definite “meh”. Got a whole pizza to ensure it was fresh. Wasn’t impressed. It wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t great, and when you figure in the price point it definitely wasn’t worth it. If I was using the Portnoy scale I’d give it a 5.8, I’d rank Domino’s and Little Caesars above them, honestly could’ve gotten 5+ pizzas from them for what I paid here.
(I ordered 1 whole pizza half cheese and half pepperoni, 1 order of cheese sticks, 3 fountain drinks and 4 12oz Miller lite cans. $95.00)
Staff was friendly and nice. Working hard, and being somewhat efficient.
Overall the location would make it a spot to stop before dragons games, but you’d get more for your money food and bar wise across the street at Brixx Ice.

Mikey’s was incredible! The slices are delicious and so big, well worth your money. The place is really cool, has a great ambiance and is in an awesome location. Staff was super nice too. A great addition to Dayton & Water Street District!

Amazing place to eat pizza. It’s brand new here so the traffic was insane. Give it a year and I’ll come back to see if the large haul has calmed down. Really wanted a swing seat. But I’m 6’5 350… And I doubt it would have held my weight.

I went for the Grand Opening celebration and it did not disappoint! I love Mikey’s and have been to the Cincinnati location as well as a couple in Columbus and in every location, including this newly opened Dayton location, the quality is superb and consistent.
Even though the place was PACKED for the opening (congratulations!) the staff were friendly, organized, and all smiles. I can’t imagine how stressful an event and opening like this must be but it was a great party atmosphere throughout!
Probably the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had from anywhere and I hope they add more choices, or bring back the Buffalo Chik’n, soon!

Got the Nashville hot chicken pizza which is their monthly special for January. It’s amazing! Not too spicy if you struggle with that. And the pizza boxes rock. Will definitely be a regular here
