I come to longbranch all the time I love it the people are friendly it’s a great environment. Recently I had the worse experience 2 weeks ago and today . I Tip all the time but I’ve never been told when to tip if I didn’t I couldn’t get my beer dressed like what? You get tipped off your service and you definitely don’t tell me when I can tip and up charging the beer. It’s 4 bucks for an ultra and it was 4 and then after the incident it was 4 then it was 4.50 and then 5. She was telling my sister boyfriend about the tip and then my sister and then I got fed up and went to say something because that not okay. Tipping is optional. Then today she was giving me dirty looks and then charged me 5 again. When our friend got charged 4 for the same beer. Longbranch is my bar me and my family love it but I’m hesitant on going now. My friends had texted me the same thing that she was doing it to them. They no longer go to long branch anymore. All the other bartenders are amazing sweet just that one girl

My friends and I came out to Boerne on a Wednesday night looking for activities. We came across the Longbranch Saloon and it was the only place that was open till midnight. It’s a real laid-back bar with a small Dance Floor, pool tables, & free shuffleboard. Everyone was friendly. The only downside is, there is a lot of smoke. Still, it was a good time and a nice place to catch up with friends for a few drinks.

Took a $20 Uber to get there. Everything I looked at said open until midnight. Arrived at 10:15, found the door locked with half a dozen people inside. Bartender watched me try to open the door and they all waited and watched me stand outside while I called another Uber to take me back to the hotel. Might be a good place, but I’ll never know.

My favorite little dive bar. Smoking inside, so if you don’t like that beware. The bartender, Brian, is always so kind. The drinks are fairly priced! Cash only, so make sure you have some. Friday karaoke with Jessie is awesome!

Mu husband and I visited this place last night 6/15/2023 while in town for business… we absolutely LOVE it, bartender was sweet, this is a country Cheers bar, easy going and I love a hole in the wall dive so that’s a compliment they are hard to find… we will be back for sure and thanks to Debra at our hotel for recommending. 10 stars if was possible.

Cash only dive bar. Perfect for Friday night karaoke, which is totally lit here by the way! Dance your pants off, which I think someone basically did.
Plenty of parking and it’s clean. Plus, everyone was nice.
If you don’t enjoy a smokin’ good time (cause ) or lots of character watching then definitely pick somewhere else.
