This is a combination of experiences. Not one single one. It is the Goverment Way location.
I used to love coming here. Now this store consistently gets our food wrong. We came in 20 minutes before closing and they said they wouldn’t make the sandwich we wanted because they had already cleaned their cutting machine and didn’t want to rewash it. They are friendly but take forever and aren’t accommodating to customers. I just sat in line for 20 minutes (no cars ahead of mine) to get a sandwich that has an insane amount of mayonnaise and barely anything else (I asked for lettuce and onion, as you can see it was just sprinkled in with the mayo) and they put on the wrong meat. I regret going every time unless the owner is there. That’s the only time the sandwiches are good. So disappointed in the inconsistency with both service and food.

San-Fran Subs surpassed all expectations in every criteria. They were cheaper, faster, and much more delicious than any food joint around (especially the dreaded Golden Arches)
The retro vibe and experience was great, the service was absolutely on point, and the food will make you wish for JUST ONE MORE BITE!
Traveling through, now will be a must stop on every journey passing through

Absolutely fantastic sandwiches! They have a large selection to choose from and they are delicious. The bread they make the sandwiches on is really great! I’ve been through this location drive through 3 times now. Always great and staff always polite and friendly. Highly recommend!!!!

We love this place! The service was getting worked out, new employees and such but the soups and sandwiches, yummy! We’d get gas and get lunch! I don’t know what the gas station is called but it’s good too! Go have some sourdough subs and warm soup while feeding your truck!

I didn’t mind waiting. I came in from Utah and love sourdough bread. There was only a single guy working and trying to get through a rush. He was taking orders, making the food, cleaning and serving all by himself. Drive thru and inside. Felt bad for the guy. I love the food. Made me happy but just felt real bad for the guy.

We waited 10 minutes in the drive thru, was told to hangon and we were forgotten about. It took a half hour just waiting in line (we were the only ones there)and to be forgotten, just to go back to work without food. Food is great here but honestly because of this service, I will never comeback here. **If you are looking for a place to go on your lunch break, this place is not it.**

We were just told to leave because they were “too busy to serve us” at 2pm. There were no other customers in the store when we walked in, one car in the drive through, and neither if the gals working were doing anything–they were just standing behind the counter chatting and hanging out.
I cannot beleive it and am so sad because we made the trip specifically to have this place for lunch.

My boyfriend and I are so upset right now. We first drove to one sandwich shop that says it’s open on Sundays but turns out it wasn’t open. So we drove to this one, spent over 20 dollars and the photo below was one of the sandwiches. Had little to no toppings and was a size for a child. My boyfriend ordered his sandwich, which doesn’t come with onions he can’t eat them and it had them on it so he didn’t even eat his. I ordered a bowl of soup and got a cup. We got no side pickles and no bread with the soup. Our bread on our sandwiches was cold. And to top it off when I ordered the soup he said it was cold and asked if I wanted it put in the microwave. Not sure why the soup would be cold especially when it’s sitting in a warmer, I ate that and I’m really hoping i don’t get sick. When we got home with our bag of food is when we noticed everything, we were not still at the store. Would absolutely never recommend and we will never be going back. Very disappointed.
