pizza is my favorite and when there is a sabarro in the area, i’m quick to decide that’s where i will
be getting my mall. i went to this location for the second time today. my boyfriend and i are not from the area. both times we’ve gone, despite being a couple months apart, we had the same young man up front. i don’t know if maybe he happened to be having a bad day both times we went, but the lack of enthusiasm/unwelcoming attitude is enough to
make me not want to go back. i truthfully can’t begin to explain it other than total rudeness and lack of respect to customers. i’ve worked in customer service long enough to know it’s not always the most exciting thing, and can get irritating. however, this is NOT how you act towards customers that have done nothing other than order our food, pay, and go. i’m not posting this with the intention of getting him in trouble but if customers can visibly tell you hate your job, i think that’s a sign to get a new one.

Burnt my kids pizza $10 for a burnt slice chips and a drink is crazy. Asked me what I ordered told them asked me again after I told him. Then waited like 10 minutes 3 customers that ordered after me got their food before me. One cashier just standing around a broken register doing nothing. Then he finally gets food out the oven with no gloves scratching his dreads with the same hand the tongs are in over the FOOD!!! Gross 0/10 would not recommend.

Pizza is always old. During lunch hour. When they do have a fresh pie they refused to sell it to you. I was there to get four family meals and the female refused to sell me pizza. I’m a paying customer and no I’m not going eat whatever she decided what was fit for sale. Not family or kid friendly. My toddlers were deeply disappointed.
