We had a holiday party here and it was fantastic! The service was outstanding. Food is wonderful as well. Great salsa! Every one of our group of 15 loved their food. Favs were quesadillas, salads, flautas and enchiladas. Parking is difficult, however, it’s not Pablo’s fault. I will be back!!

This a cozy spot. I love the upscale view, down to earth servers, and amazing food. Ive great food before, but fresh chips and salsa, the brisket enchilada and the margaritas were perfect. I love these small treasures in the area.

Had a good dinner here! Located in an old strip mall, don’t let the outside fool you. The owners have done a great job of decorating a dreary old space! Chips and Salsa were excellent, chips were hot and the Salsa was excellent. Ordered Guacamole and it was a generous portion and seasoned just right. The owner came by and was very pleasant and happy to see everyone. We ordered the skirt steak and beef quesadilla’s. Quesadillas were to die for! Skirt steak was…well, Skirt steak. My piece happened to be very tough (well duh!) not the fault of the restaurant. My suggestion is to change your beef dish to Rib Eye like most other “upscale” Mexican restaurants have. We live close-by and will be back often. I’m looking forward to tacos and enchiladas next time!

My dad ate the steak quesadillas and I had the Pollo Zucchini!! Both were delicious! And they have the best chip sauce I’ve had in quite some time!!! Great lunch!!! Come eat here!!

We have been 3-4 times and everyone on the staff is wonderful. Food is excellent, I highly recommend the shrimp enchiladas. Pablo’s has turned into our go to Friday night dinner spot. Love that our girls can play outside while the wife and I watch from the patio. Looking forward to next Friday!
