Today is September 25 and I went to grab some lunch around 11am. I just want to shout out the morning worker. The 3 worker was AWESOME . I was greeted with a smile. My sandwich was so good. Thanks . Last week in the evening I stop for dinner. The two young ladies was rude. I noticed there was hardly any meat on my sandwich. When I asked her to please put some meat on my sandwich I was told I had to pay 3 dollars for extra meat. Smh there was hardly and meat in the first place. I love jersey Mike’s and was so disappointed the other evening. I will only deal with the morning crew they rock.

Ordered a club sub last night. The female worker used the very last two half pierces of bacon on the tray. I asked for full pieces and she said their store policy was only two pieces per sandwich and the pieces were almost whole. And if she gave me more she’d have to charge me. That
Was after adding oregano after I asked for it to be left off. Not impressed- there are much better JM stores out there.

This place is a weekly staple. great customer service. Clean establishment. My food is always ready EARLYYYY!!! & of course is delicious. Staff are always so nice and friendly!! You all are the real mvps !! Thank you for feeding us

I got the big kahuna cheese steak in the giant size and it was so delicious! Pick up time was 15 min and when we arrived it was hot and ready. Has a great spicy factor and full of flavor. Great staff and sandwich. I’ll be back

Went in about 20 minutes ago and got the ol’ Gen Z stare. So I gave them that ol’ stare right back at em’ until they asked how could they help me. I got my pick up order with minimal awkward communication. Got home, no numbers on the sandwiches so I couldn’t tell which was which. The provolone was cut the thinnest I’ve ever seen Jersey Mike’s do it. Just an odd experience of the ol’ Gen Z passive aggressiveness. I’ll be back though. I love Jersey Mike’s. But damn those young ones running the store tonight should get a 0 in any customer service. At least say hi when someone walks in, anything.

Roads are completely cleared along with the parking lot with employees inside just to close an hour earlier than scheduled and lock doors while making to go orders? Insane.

The food is great, and the other two ladies were nice. But the white lady with the lip piercings did not even speak to me after I gave her my order, and didn’t even confirm that she had heard me. She acted as if we were inconveniencing her by being there. We understand that things can get hectic in food service, but there were only 4 customers in the store, including me and my companion. The service was absolutely awful. The attitude was terrible. She could not even muster basic conversation.

Came in to order, and the blonde cashier had an attitude immediately. The food was good but I don’t think I’ll come back to this location as the service almost made me walk out. Keep in mind that while I was dining in, I could hear her behind the counter talking with her coworkers about the bad reviews that, after looking at them, seem to specifically talk about her. Based on my experience they seem to ring very truthful. She is a detriment to this location, as she is and will cause this location to lose business.
