Great Irish bar with wonderful staff and delicious food. We especially loved the poutine and the pretzels with beer cheese. Drinks were cold and came out fast, even when things got busy. Our server Anna was exceptional and super friendly!

Friendly but noisy in vicinity of the bar. Would prefer to have been seated in their back room but I didn’t ask if they were providing service back there. Waitress was terrific and very friendly. I tried Irish Mac n cheese and found it rather bland in its dependce on white cheese. Fish and chips and burger well-received by others in our party. By standards of today’s prices, the food is a decent value and nicely presented.

Staying in Ballston again we decided to try O’Sullivan’s, parking is on the street so finding a space can be a little troublesome but we were able to find a place not too far away. It is a very authentic Irish pub and the server was very helpful. The menu has changed from some of the images posted, we were really looking forward to their sausage rolls but they were not on the menu, we did choose an appetizer and an entree to share and enjoyed it. The food did lack a little in taste. We had the poutine to start, that’s fries in gravy with cheese, it was good but the gravy tasted a little salty. We also had a salad, it was good again, I think it was their cob salad, it was very tasty. Dessert choice was apple pie or scones! We chose the apple pie but it could have been one from ukrops! Atmosphere is very nice and authentic Irish. We would go back.

Food and service are spot-on at this pub. Our server, Sierra, was fabulous. Her timing was perfect, and she was observant and efficient. The back waiters cleared items quickly and skillfully. Bravo to the whole staff!
We were there for a Steelers game, which was a blast. Awesome experience!

Very good Irish-themed comfort food with plenty of american options. It is a pub, and there are plenty of people here just to drink, but they did not bother us. Looks like they have live music on the weekend. Wait staff was courteous and friendly. Service was fast. If you’re into the pub scene I highly recommend.

I’m a regular here and usually keep to myself—having a beer and doing some light work on weeknights. Building on earlier feedback, I wanted to note an issue I had with the bartender in the front room. When I arrived with my girlfriend, she made several unnecessarily rude remarks about whether we wanted to be seated or order at the bar. I couldn’t hear her clearly, but her tone was dismissive, and she rolled her eyes and made a few comments before seating us.

For what it’s worth, the other servers and bartenders have consistently been friendly and professional.

We went there on St. Patrick’s Day. It was busy. Food was good. We had the potato pancakes, salad with grilled chicken, and Shepherd’s Pie. Service was good. Drinks were cold. I would definitely recommend this place.

Enjoy the vibe there. It’s a really nice place, but the unbearable bartender upfront I think is Russian. Is really rude. And has an attitude problem. Ask me what do i want like im the problem. Will not come back.

Russian bartender was Extreamly rude to my girlfriend. He opened drinks so aggressively they sprayed on her and her friends. He didn’t close her tab then when she asked to he didn’t acknowledge her. When she asked again he snapped at her “I heard you” and used profanity about her to other customers. He finally closed her tab and added auto gratuity (not normal at any bar) which made her more upset since the service was so awful. Guy needs to check himself, he was miserable.

If you ever wondered what chaos looks like when combined with arrogance, this place has you covered. The crowd control? Utterly appalling. The layout? A masterpiece of poor design. It’s loud, obviously, but not in a fun, rock ‘n’ roll way. It’s the kind of loud where your ears start writing a resignation letter.

And then… the bouncers. Oh, dear, the bouncers. You know the type: chests puffed out, earpieces in, radiating the kind of misplaced confidence. They don’t just ask you to move; they command it loudly, aggressively, and in the most disrespectful tone possible. You’d think I’d just tried to break into a nuclear facility rather than stand in a non-walking area to watch the band.

It’s less about safety and more about their fragile little egos on parade. Tiny emperors in black T-shirts, wielding power because, apparently, life didn’t give them much else. Honestly, I’ve seen airport security treat suspicious luggage with more courtesy.

So yes, between the ridiculous layout, the deafening noise, and the bouncers on a medieval power trip, this was my first and last visit. Never again.
