E14th Eatery + Kitchen is a community kitchen and food business incubator in unincorporated Ashland, ( just South of San Leandro:) ) that supports local food entrepreneurs. Please note – INDIVIDUAL KIOSK HOURS MAY VARY. Please visit our website for specific vendor hours. We are a space for our community to gather around delicious food, while supporting local Black, Brown, Latine, and Asian-owned food-businesses. We offer low-cost rent for 3 food businesses to market test their menus & collaborate with other entrepreneurs. Our food entrepreneurs receive ongoing business coaching and technical assistance from the experienced staff at Mandela Partners. A project of Mandela Partners nonprofit – Oakland, CA

Amazing food all around! The businesses here are all local from the area. They have a wide variety of selections from mac and cheese, kale salad, lumpia burgers, cupcakes, iced teas, breakfast sandwiches, shrimp n grits, coffee, and much more! Beautiful space with open lighting and warm atmosphere.

I ordered food to go and the guy said it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. So I come back approx 20iah minutes later and he hadn’t even started my order. Everyone was just sitting on the tables talking and he said sorry I completely forgot. I just left because I’m on lunch and can’t wait for another 20 minutes for nothing
