Every time i go here they forget something… got a cheese burger with cheese and thats it… no other toppings. Got a steak bagel without the steak, get a chicken sandwhich without bacon which i paid for… if you want your order constantly messed up then id say go here.

I love McDonald’s. I have been to many across the country. I am happy to say that one of the Best is right here in North Branch. I always get great service and the wait never longer than it should be considering how busy it is. I have never had a bad experience here and the few times that there was a mistake with my order, they are quick to apologize and correct it. Today, as usual, I was greeted with friendly smiles and warm greetings.

The service at this McDonald’s is exceptional. There were two young men working the counter and they were very friendly, cleaned up the tables immediately, made sure the trash was picked up, wiped the counters and greeted everyone that visited the restaraunt. Exceptional employees.

Everyone working at 5:00 p.m. 3/27/25 needs a raise fr. Me, my wife, and two dogs went through the drive through on a busy rush hour and took a bit of time to order but it didn’t bother any of them. We got to the window and the very polite employee didn’t hesitate to give two pup cups, and our order was friggin perfect. 20 Fresh made crispy chicken nuggets, a perfectly made Big Mac with no lettuce or pickles and added tomatoe slices. Perfectly salted fries and an expertly mixed Oreo McFlurry, with a large sprite. Best McDonalds I’ve ever been to hands down.

They didn’t get the order right. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and they put a McChicken sandwich in the crispy chicken bag. I didn’t check it before leaving so I paid $4 something for a dollar sandwich that wasn’t even hot…. None of it was hot. The lid on the glass was broken and was leaking. Just a bad experience here today
