Had the Philly Cheesesteak, usually love this sub however there was hardly any meat , mushrooms or onion . Portions now small with a significant price increase. ( I know it’s everywhere) Extra small portion of FF . Staff was nice and welcoming. $16.00 for small sub , FF, water

I must admit that I love visiting the Kokomo Penn Station! The staff is so nice and the food has been delicious on multiple visits. Finding a place in Kokomo with great customer service isn’t very easy. You can tell that this location is well managed!

Penn Station has been in town for a while but this is my first visit to Kokomo location. The restaurant was clean and cool. The staff were welcoming and patient. My wife went with the Club and I had the Philly which was on sale $5 for the small. Very fast and very tasty….I was very happy with this visit.

First time trying this place ever and I got a hair in my sandwich. The quality is something I could make at home. The prices are ridiculous for what they give you. They give you french fry pieces and not actual dippable fries. I only gave them a two star because the supervisor replaced my whole meal because of the hair. The woman making the sandwiches had her hair everywhere under a hat and not up and out of the way. I would say hairnets should help but for a first time visit, I’m pretty disappointed in this place.

They are usually really good. But this tame they shrunk their sizes. I miss when they first opened. The lady working was nice though. She’s the reason why this didnt get a 1 star. 60$ for a 2 meals is ridiculous.

This place had really became reliable over the last couple years, but this last visit was disappointing. The lemonade tasted off, like it was fake or more watered down. The ketchup smelled and tasted bad. Making the fries less appetizing. It honesty just brought the whole experience down.

Love Penn Station, but this was probably my most disappointing visit. Ordered online and got a 2 Philly cheese steak with extra steak seasoning, tasted like they put zero seasoning on it. Guessing the cook read it wrong and put no seasoning on it. Unfortunately I am driving to southern indiana and can’t take it back.

So this will be kind of an odd review with 4 stars and not somewhere I would go again (this was my first visit). The sandwiches were okay, the fries were good and I was glad to see they offered malt vinegar. For us, nothing about either sandwich screamed “the next time I want a sandwich, I’m driving across town to Penn Station.” Front counter guy was nice and the service was prompt.
