Where to begin, upon walking into the restaurant I was personally greeted by the owner. A very charismatic man who genuinely want me to enjoy the food. There’s definitely a lot of pride in his establishment.
This was my first foray into Haitian food, the server was very patient and explained the dishes so that I could make a good choice. Presentation of the food was lovely, I’m a big eater and I left quite satisfied. I ordered the fried beef, it was lightly seasoned, if I was to order again I would order it medium well as opposed to well done I think that would have complimented the spices better. I’m not sure what all the components of the meal were called but I enjoyed the meal very much. If in the area again I look forward to trying a few other options… Yum!

We had 4 different dishes, and I tried them all. The people are kind, which is uncommon in Haitian restaurants. The white beans and legumes were the highlight, and the Bouillon was superb. The beef tassot was tender.Papaya is a plus. The patties are delicious. Thank you for bringing some taste to the Caribbean community. We will come back.
