WOW…. I’m not sure how I got this lucky today! I have two showings scheduled in Jamestown this evening (Realtor) So I figured that l I’d find somewhere to eat on the way to my appointments. I’m glad I was right…. this Jim Dandy’s joint I found was crazy good! I had no idea what I wanted, so I asked Ms. Julie behind the counter for a recommendation… she said, “The Meat Lover’s Sandwich is really really good!” When she said it… I actually believed her… and she was right!!! It was huge but it hit the spot!!! Now I hope I don’t fall asleep before my appointments!LOL Thanks again Julie!!! You rock!!!! I’ll Definitely Be Back

Tried eating here multiple times. I’m not a fan, very basic. For some reason today the pizza smelled like old mushrooms or spoiled fish smell. We had to throw it out. I can’t put my finger on what the smell was but it was not pleasant by any means.

Have been a customer for years. Friendly service. Good pizza and subs. The environment is nostalgic just as the name suggests. My sister-n-law even worked there for a bit. From the black and white tiles and 1950’s and 60’s photographs of “local” and more “famous celebs/ballers. The only thing I miss is delivery. But still a Shawnee Hills staple, non-the -less. Recently moved to the area and a friend recommended this place. The food was amazing and service was top notch. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area that hasn’t already been there. Also, they only accept cash but they do have an ATM inside, so to avoid potential ATM fee’s with your banking institution make sure to bring cash. I will definitely be purchasing from again in the near future.
