Absolutely fantastic! Genuinely great service from staff wow! You just can’t get this quality of a breakfast anymore anywhere. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone passing through. 6 of us all left happy.

Very small setting. Exactly what your home town needs. Friendly service, great environment, and even better food. You can order from the buffet, which always has the option of fried chicken, or from the menu. Never been disappointed with the food. Tastes like your grandma made it!

The lunch buffet was good, small variety but if you pay attention to the menu board they post what they will be serving for the week. Small town country vibe inside with typical farmland decor. Semi pricey at 12 dollars total (drink included) at lunch. Overall good food. Salad bar was better for options than the lunch for selection. Get there early as it fills up with locals quickly.

Each item we ordered was exceptional, packed with great flavor, and had it’s own unique touch! We ordered ahead, they had it ready in under 15 minutes, and provided such friendly customer service!

Wonderful to find places like this still exist in this country. The food is “real” the kind people should eat and enjoy. I’ve only had the buffet a couple of times, but as close as it is to my work, I should really be there more often. Again, great food, great service, what more can you ask for…

Love this place real home cooked food everyday. Small buffet line with a salad bar, what they make is what you get. Usually always have fried chicken and mashed tators. You can order burgers and stuff like that but all I have every eaten is the buffet

I visit Syl’s several times every time I’m home. Syl’s serves great comfort food. Today is my last day this round, and even though there are other restaurants in town, I’ll still go here!
I visited Syl’s twice in two days recently while home visiting family and was thrilled the food was the same great down home grub! The food bar selection had changed a little bit to offer extra options. Of course, I tried them and was not disappointed! Jackie noticed that after a year in Texas is picked up a bit of a twang. Thanks, Jackie, I missed you too! Lol. I was surprised that I was met with an offering of good fortune (bierocks) by Courtney. Thank you for the parting gift! Hopefully, my next visit won’t be so far away.

Lunch destination for Romeo motorcycle group. My first time ever. Fantastic buffet and salad and dessert. Coffee cup always topped off. Friendly waitresses big smile’s.

My son has special needs and this older short white haired lady kept staring at him. He cannot communicate. She then came over because he was standing up in the booth. She then proceeded to tell him he needed to sit down. I was trying to make him sit down beforehand but he couldn’t understand my command. Hopefully this lady will be more understanding towards special needs children. Most likely won’t return if she is still working there.
