I really don’t like leaving Google reviews but after this I just had to.
I paid for extra food and I’m served less food than a normal bowl even brings. This happens way too often.
Getting kinda tired of paying extra money for food that I’m not gonna get and on top of it, getting less food than a standard bowl brings.

Ordered a burrito. Said my order was ready when I got to the window which it was not and I had to wait. Had cars behind me so pulled out. Got home and had a bowl not a burrito. As well as salsas and a chimichurri side also left out because they “ran out” with no request to compensate the money I had paid.

Let me do you a favor. Never order pickup from this location, you will sit in the drive thru with 10+ cars backed up for over 30 minutes past your designated pickup time. If you pickup inside they will not have your order ready or started. It’s almost like they don’t start orders until people pull up to the window. When I go inside the order is a lot faster and you will be a lot happier. The food is usually good, sometimes it’s not the best. I’ve never delt with a rude worker here, they are just very understaffed and slow.

Ordered dinner from here via the app last night Thursday 4/17 and went to pick it up at the window. There was a car already at the window, and I sat there for about 20 min behind them before another car pulled up behind me, so even if I wanted to leave, I couldn’t. I waited for about another 10 min and then I got to the window, was given my order, and went home. Should have parked and opened it while I was at the window. I ordered a barbacoa bowl with guacamole and other toppings. They gave me the tofu option and no guacamole which I had paid extra for. I had higher hopes since this chipotle is newer and I’ve been here before with the wait not being as bad and actually getting what I ordered. But this one is just as bad as the one in Tigertown. Lack of management and careless workers. Never giving chipotle my hard earned $ again.

Whoever manages this place needs to truly rethink their life. The customer service is abominable and the place is severely understaffed. Why did I wait 30 minutes in the drive thru line for my food as it sat on a shelf and got cold. I even went inside to see if I could get it from there, but no one
looked at me as I stood there and there was already so many people waiting for their food. I’m not even mad at the people who were working, you can’t happily run a chipotle at peak dinner hours off of three people.

Food was good. Service was okay. The restaurant was nasty. Every table was dirty and the floor was filthy. All of the specialty teas/lemonades were empty. I got Minute Maid lemonade and it was mostly water.
The three people staffing the place were busting their asses, but they certainly needed help.

They have gotten so skimpy with how much food they give you. My daughter and I both got bowls and they barely put any rice or anything else in our bowls. They were half full if that. We paid over $3 for added guacamole and barely got a spoon full. They have gotten so cheap withbthe quantity. Paid $32 for basically nothing. Won’t be coming back!

Genuinely terrible. Ordered online at 6:30. Didn’t get my food until after 8pm?!?!?!?!? I quite literally sat in the drive thru line for over an hour and a half. Definitely would like a refund but oh well. Just cold chipotle for me.

The drive thru is DIGITAL (APP/ONLINE) ONLY.
The peppers & onions were out. What was in the container was old and dehydrating. I don’t have much faith in the freshness of the other stuff being offered for combination options. I saw 3-4 employees mostly trying to look busy. The tables needed to be wiped down, I saw finger smears/ food remnants on just about every table. I wanted to sit at the bar table in front of the drink station. It was in disarray.
The person serving me wasn’t being very informative. She didn’t tell me what was/wasn’t extra or pushing anything extra.. all the employees didn’t seem motivated, more like paycheck workers ready to go home.
The brisket bowl, by itself, was 16$. The chips & salsa (stuff) were $3(+). The soda and drinks were $3(+).. So, it was 25$(+) for ONE person, for basic meal.

Food was pretty good as always but I barely had any chicken on my last trip. I thought maybe it was on the other side but it wasn’t. I basically had a bowl of vegetables.
