found a hair in my bacon. usually get breakfast BLT and take bacon off because the bacon isn’t my type of taste the bagel is though, as i’m going to take the SINGLE piece of bacon off my sandwich i discover a hair stuck to the bacon instantly stopped eating. Didn’t go back and make a big deal out of it due to having a busy day and not wanting to cause trouble just hope more hygiene is done.

We got 2 breakfast BLT bagels. There were 2 pieces of bacon on the whole sandwich and way too much cream cheese. Definitely not worth the $6+ we paid for each one. The American breakfast sandwich was not much better. It has 1 whooping egg for the whole bagel sandwich. Again, definitely not worth what we paid.

Dear Big Apple Bagels,
I’d like to thank you for accommodating my special request to add green peppers to my bacon, egg, and cheese everything bagel. The one tiny green pepper really hit the spot and your generosity won’t be forgotten. Do better.

I get charged a different price every single time I go here, even though I order the exact same thing. They charge extra for certain flavors of bagels which is crazy, they also add a fee if you’re using a credit card. Bagels are good, but their coffee is terrible. Drive-thru is extremely slow if there are other cars in front of you.

Very friendly staff as you come through the front door. The welcoming Nebraska attitudes are in full force. First time enjoying amazing bagels . Strawberry cream cheese spread has outstanding flavor. Coffee aroma smelled inviting. Many patrons enjoying coffee in small dining room. I was a first time visitor, but definitely will be back in the near future. Sad part is only 2 Nebraska locations.

Interior is bland. Service ed acceptable. Food left much to be desired. Was not expecting a cold bagel with hot insides. Bagel also fell apart leaving half my food not in the bagel as soon as I took bite

I am so sad to write this as I Love Big Apple Bagels. This morning’s visit was disturbing to say the least.
While waiting to order, the man in the kitchen verbally accosted the woman working the window bc of a miscommunication about cream cheese on the bagels. He then chucked the bag of bagels onto the counter next to her with some choice words about the miscommunication.
As I stood in line watching this happen, the sweet lady customer next to me awkwardly smiled and said, Happy Friday, right?
THEN! This same man comes to the front counter area where the bagels cutter is located. After aggressively tossing bagels into the cutter, the counter staff who was assembling my order handed me two bags. I still had a breakfast sandwich to wait for. Totally fine. I just clarified with her that was the only missing item. From the man facing the wall, I hear, “Well good luck with that because no one is making it.”
I understand we’re in a time where good help is hard to find. I understand some customers are impossible. We live in a world where grace and understanding are necessary to get through the day. However, the actions of this man were rude and unacceptable at best. It was my assessment though that they were outright abusive. I feel awful for the women working there and cannot say I’ll return as feeling like a child in the middle of a domestic disturbance doesn’t make me hungry for bagels. Ew.

I came here on my lunch break and had placed my order ahead. I was so excited for bagels (they’re my guilty pleasure). When I arrived, only part of my order was ready, but that wasn’t a huge problem. I patiently waited as they got my bagel ready (I had ordered a dozen and then one bagel with cream cheese). The girl came out with the bagel and cream cheese that I was planning to have for lunch. Telling me it was super hot, I allowed her to put it in my bag of bagels. When I got back to my office and sat down to eat my wonderful bagel, I found it to be oddly cold. In my mind, I thought, she said it was super hot? No. It was FROZEN. Such a disappointment and a lunch very much ruined.

We ordered for a medium size group for lunch and the food was really good and the muffin I had was amazing!! The only problem we had was trying to decide what sandwich was what. It would have been nice to have the type of sandwich and bagel written on the plastic bag. There were 9 sandwiches and none of them were identical. Other than that it was great!! Glad to see them in Columbus!!
