On my visit today, I was greeted by the young lady working; the store was clean, the line was clean and orderly, and the food was fresh. Victoria made us some great sandwiches as well, making the vist awesome overall. Keep up the good work!

Worst service ever and incompetent employees working.
The Guy making and wrapping up my sub was not paying attention to what he was doing and was more worried about what his friends were doing and packaged my sub part of it unwrapped in the plastic bag with all the veggies at the bottom the other part wrapped up all nice.

Ordered four subs with 3 with extra meat on them and as you can see in the photo there is not extra meat. I called to get this fixed and the lady was arguing with me about it and you could here the girl in background saying she didn’t do it correctly. They refused to fix my food this is the second time now in 5 months that I have had problems here.

Ordered four subs with 3 with extra meat on them and as you can see in the photo there is not extra meat. Very unprofessional employees. Normally we have no issues and the service is great! Today however it was not. We asked for Italian herb and cheese bread for one of our subs. I could tell as he was cutting it that the bread was to fresh to be used. As he cut it the bread was both thin and flat. I asked the manager, or employee in charge if he could remake it because the sandwich would have fallen apart. She said he could remake it. As my daughter and I sat there eating another lady came in and ordered the same kind of bread. The lady also complained about the bread. The manager or employee in charge told the lady there was nothing wrong with it and she would eat it. The lady left and my daughter and I continued to eat. The manager in charge continued talking about the customers complaint loudly with a guest and her crew. She continued to say there was nothing wrong with the bread and the lady complaining was just looking for a discount! I have worked at subway before and not only was this person wrong but she was unprofessional and not setting a good example for the crew that was working with her. We enjoy subway, however if this is the way the staff deal with customers, we will be finding another ah way to go to.

Not professional at all took them 10 minutes to make my sandwich bread wasn’t cooked all the way! There kids running around being loud one employee is always just washing windows or hanging signs when there is a line of 6 or more people in line! Some employees don’t wear gloves while touching food!

I ordered the Outlaw sub and it was the worst sub that I have ever had. The bread was very chewy and barely had any meat or peppers in it. Definitely nothing like the picture. Only buy this sub if you like chewy bread and no contents. Very disappointed!

Me, my brother and my wife went to store at 9:35pm and this place closes at 10:00pm. “TAY” started our order and she was also training someone on our order, she started to make sub rudely and loudly but we choose to ignore. But when it we asked her with sauce she said rudely and loudly “please tell me all the sauce together so I don’t have to go back and forth” . I told her as nicely as possible why is she being so rude and upset about it. She said we have kept everything away as if she doesn’t care. We left with our half made subway and she let us leave saying yeah, go out from my shop.
Doesn’t seem like she was owner, so please somebody teach her some manners and put some sense into her. She swears and she is not at all customer friendly

This subway is the worst. Two years ago, I got food poisoning after eating there. Last year, the girl with the nose ring had a coughing fit behind the counter and gave me covid, which then spread to my family. I was done with the place but my sister just recently visited and wanted subway for dinner. I gave her my brand new coupons that just came in the mail and the girl at the register flat out refused to let her use the coupon. Also gave us attitude when we asked why and tried to say we were using the coupon multiple times which was false and not even possible. This place should be shutdown.

The girl with the dyed red hair deserves a raise! She took a huge line completely by herself, it was ridiculous that she was by herself! She did a stellar job but it was definitely unfair to put all of that stress on her. Management needs to do better and make sure she is not alone next time. The only reason I put 3 stars and not lower is because of her and her service!! And she was still smiling the whole time! The world needs more people like her.
