Oh the food was SO GOOD. We’ve been wanting to try this place for a while but barely made it in today and let me tell you, I will absolutely be back. Our host + server Jonathan (I hope that’s the right spelling) was super nice, he helped us with the menu as well as recommendations. 10/10 for service, music selection, food, everything!!
I had the Mofongo : lechón asado. Mofongo is so deliciously garlicky . Think chunky mashed potato texture kind of but it’s green plantain. It was my first time trying it and it did not disappoint! The lechón (roasted pulled pork) was extremely tender and flavorful! The other dish we tried was Churrasco with Chimichurri sauce (Grilled skirt steak) and ooooohh boy, like everyone else has said, soooo goooood! Super soft , perfectly seasoned , perfectly grilled. The chimichurri sauce is fantastic as well!
The other lady was saying that they typically do dance classes on Thursday’s, karaoke on Friday’s and live music on Saturday’s. But maybe don’t quote me on the exact order of that and just check their socials or give them a call.
Will definitely be back!!

The food and service here was great! Definitely recommend the pork empanadas and steak dishes. The atmosphere was a bit weird. It was very empty, even for a Thursday evening and because it’s cold, the outdoor patio stuff isn’t set up. But once inside we were welcomed by Johnathan immediately and the food and drinks were very yummy!

1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointed – Never Again
This was our first time visiting La Casa Brasa, and we chose it to celebrate Valentine’s Day with family, expecting good food and live music. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.
We had 7 PM reservations and waited a long time just to be acknowledged. Our waitress eventually came, but even getting water took forever. Drink orders took over an hour, and placing our food orders took even longer. We ordered an appetizer—just bread and butter—and didn’t receive it until we repeatedly asked about it.
By this point it was almost 9 PM, and still no drinks, no appetizer, no food. The waitress apologized and said the kitchen wasn’t putting her orders through, yet we watched multiple tables who arrived long after us receive their drinks, appetizers, and meals with no issues.
What made this even worse was the complete lack of accountability. Not once did the owner or manager come over to acknowledge the situation, apologize, or offer any explanation. We were left waiting, asking, and being told “I’m sorry, I understand your frustration,” with no action taken.
By nearly 10 PM, our family—who we invited out to celebrate—started canceling their orders because we still had not received a single plate of food. We finally walked out around 10:30 PM, hungry and extremely disappointed. Thankfully, Wingstop was open so we could at least eat before heading home.
We were patient, respectful, and understanding, but the service we received was unacceptable. We will never return, and we will not be recommending La Casa Brasa to anyone.

The atmosphere was vibrant and alive with rich Latino music from various regions, creating a festive and authentic vibe that made the night even more enjoyable.
Let’s talk about the drinks—the Tequila Sunrise was absolutely phenomenal, and the mojito was perfectly balanced—refreshing, smooth, and just right!
For dinner, I had the chimichurri steak in chimichurri sauce—mouthwatering and cooked to perfection.

Definitely worth the drive. Jonathan makes a delicious Cuban Sandwich! Staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant has big screen televisions and up tempo Latin music. Zucayna was the best waitress, she provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be back.

We were a group of friends heading out on a Friday night, just looking for a fun place to grab dinner and unwind. We stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try and honestly, it exceeded all our expectations.
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, lively, and welcoming. The music was already setting the tone upbeat, fun, and full of energy. The space has this perfect mix of cozy and festive, and the decor gives you that authentic Latin vibe without feeling overdone.
The staff was incredible friendly, attentive, and always making sure we were comfortable. Our server, Monica, was an absolute gem! She had great recommendations, made sure everything came out perfectly, and was genuinely sweet and fun. It really felt like we were being taken care of by family.
Now let’s talk FOOD because wow. We ordered a feast, and everything was full of flavor and beautifully plated. I got the Churrasco Steak and Shrimp Mofongo, and it was mouthwatering the steak was grilled to perfection, the shrimp were juicy and well-seasoned, and the mofongo had that perfect garlicky, crispy texture with just the right amount of moisture. Definitely one of the best mofongos I’ve had in a while!
We also had the Chuleta Kan Kan with yellow rice and tostones a huge, crispy pork chop with juicy meat and crunchy skin just pure heaven. The rice was flavorful, and the tostones were perfectly fried and golden. And let’s not forget the Churrasco empanada crispy on the outside, tender steak on the inside, and packed with flavor.
As if the food wasn’t already enough to make our night, we found out it was karaoke night and that took the experience to a whole other level! The DJ was amazing he played all our favorite songs, from old-school hits to current jams, and the energy in the room was electric. We sang, danced, laughed, and genuinely had one of the best nights out in a long time.
La Casa is more than just a restaurant it’s a whole experience. Great food, amazing music, fun vibes, and top-notch service. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again whether it’s for a casual dinner, a celebration, or just a fun night out with friends.
