Doors locked sevral hours early Tonight. Been to this location several times and it usally ends horribly. I called the corporate phone number and let them know. I went to the location just a few miles away in asheboro. Service there was fast and what i expected.

Hardee’s, in my opinion one of the best fast food hamburgers in the industry. But almost all the stores in NC are dated and the staff could use some lessons in customer service. This location was pretty good overall. The service was a little slow, but the staff was friendly which is more than I can say for most of the Raleigh area locations. Food was tasty as always. Will visit there again if I am in the area.

The manager was rude, I got a hot ham and cheese and it was flat like the squash it on purpose. I always have issues with the food being fresh or the managers being rude. The drive thru cash is extremely nice though.

Normally I’d give this Hardee’s 4 or 5 stars but not this morning. Tell me why I get there and order a sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit and they tell me they’re out of sausage. What place that’s known for its breakfast, is gonna run out of sausage? It’s ridiculous! I’m very disappointed in them this morning.

Good food, long ass wait time. Seemingly incompetent when it comes to adding extras to your food. The last for straight times I’ve requested onion and 4 out of those times they didnt add it. I find a simple task like that unfullfilled to be out of sheer laziness.

I like this food not so much but working there is pretty good it’s slow sometimes then really really really really really really really fast the crew is pretty good they are polite and funny my least favorite thing is when a diesel truck goes through the drive thru it hurts my ears.

Food is good, but they are always out of something. Most recent visit they were out of sliders totally and tomatoes. Takes a long time to get your food, but it’s very good when you do get it.

I am not one to give bad reviews, but both the service and food was below normal hardees quality. I dont recommend this hardees over the other resturants in the area. But the food is ediable and the people are tolerable, so it is still possible to eat here.
