I work late and I don’t like to eat heavy on the evenings I work, so I ordered a full Cobb salad from The Honey Baked Ham to pick up for my supper. The sweet lady who took my order went above and beyond! My salad was fresh and the restaurant was very clean! The price for my salad wasn’t bad either. I definitely got my money’s worth! I was greeted with a smile and polite attitude. If you’re looking for a good meal that isn’t super greasy or heavy and made with REAL food, check these folks out. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

I travel to Dalton on Thanksgiving and Christmas to get a ham and turkey every year. There is less wait time and the manager and employees are very friendly. Today I was there and during my wait and older gentleman got in line a stumbled on sidewalk. I went inside to tell the manager what had happened. While waiting on manager there was a customer checking out. He heard me tell the employee at the register what had happened. The customer who was checking out asked me was any medical personnel assisting the gentleman He told me he was a paramedic. He went out to assist the gentleman as another man took a chair outside for the injured man to sit. The manager went outside to check on the injured customer. She came back in and picked up that man’s order. Several customers offered to pay for the injured man’s order. The manager did not charge that gentleman . Thought it was refreshing that in todays times that a lot of us there were reminded this is still a great country. Hats off the the manger and her staff for stepping up to help and also all the concerned customers. It was worth the longer drive today to Honey Baked store.

I would give this store more stars if I could. The ham and selections are delicious and I enjoy the bag lunches. The only ham salad I eat, nobody else’s can come close. I appreciate that they sell it by the pound since I don’t always need a large one.

Worst place on the planet!!! The owner, blond, curly hair, always looks at you like you’re nothing. She is rude, manipulative, and she lies often. I’ve seen her treat employees like they are scum. Hopefully there will be another owner soon. Because no one needs to buy anything from someone who hates people and treats them badly. She complains about how people are dressed while she wears Jean’s and t shirts. What a piece of work. She is miserable and wants everyone else to be miserable too.

Great smiling face when my mother and me walked in. Aubri was very helpful. And Drew prepared our food…mask and gloves was on..Thank you! But what I would like to see stop using the red onions on everything..you lost 2 sales because of the red onions..but our Barbecue Ham was great!

I ordered a large meat tray. The visual picture they show you is so nice but what I got was one side of ham piled up another side of turkey piled up and some cheese slapped in the middle. Definitely not going back. So unhappy.

Great service and great food. We call in lunch for our meetings at the office often and they are always prompt with getting our order ready and labeled. Jennifer is who usually takes our order and she is always very friendly and efficient.
