Was greeted as I walked in by the employee coming out from behind the counter, she may have been on her way to do something else but she stopped and welcomed me in and it felt very nice. I tried the oatmeal for the first time, I’m very impressed by all the options for toppings that are available. I got my iced cinnamon dolce latte, made a couple of customizations, and a sausage and cheddar. It was pretty busy in there, and I noticed that the drive-thru was busy too. I took a seat expecting to wait a while but was surprised when the employee brought my sandwich out to my seat when it was done. My drink was amazing, sandwich hot and fresh. Even though it was super busy, I noticed that everyone coming in was greeted nicely and conversations were being had between customers and employees, as if they were old friends, not forced. Employees were genuine and smiling.

Hot food bar sadly has a hard time when you customize an item (no meat, or no cheese, etc) even when mobile ordered. Staff is very nice, but if you’re on a time crunch and ordering hot food I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend. Went through this morning and ordered a sandwich with meat removed, and while they remade it the first time the second time they still left bacon on despite asking for it removed and wasn’t able to go back again

Karlee and her crew never misses a beat. It is the best refreshing atmosphere and coffee in the morning I couldn’t ask for any better customer service. They rock that stand up and give them a hand. Also leave them a special tip when you drive-through.

This is usually my go to Starbucks location. I go once or twice a week- always through the drive thru. Yesterday, I pull up to place my order…..they knew my name before I even ordered. What?! The question is do I go there yo often or is it great customer service?

Not a place to stop in for coffee or a snack if you are on foot with travel luggage. They are after all near to the Lakewood Mall transit center!
(I used to stop in here in the afternoon when shopping. But then one early morning management irrately kicked me out threatening to call the police—because why, who knows, they did not know me as a regular? was I too dissheveled, looked homeless or scary? did I dare sit down before ordering?!)
Best to wait and pay more at SeaTac airport Starbucks people!

Love Starbucks. The staff are always friendly & the service is great. I’ve tried the raspberry syrup in my favorite drinks & so glad it is back for a limited time. Wish it could stay. In green tea, white chocolate mocha non fat, no whip, my go to drink, was tasty with a shot of raspberry. I’ll be back soon to enjoy Starbucks in my local locations.
