I am so excited about the new cinnamon waffle, new to me that is. It is one of the best things on the menu and I never even knew it existed. I just ordered three and I’m so excited they look amazing. The staff was great. The store was very clean. The lady that took my order was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. She suggested trying a blueberry and cinnamon waffle!!!… that sounds amazing and I can’t wait. Also she said she sometimes has the peanut butter and blueberry waffle, and it is very good. Sounds like maybe the possibilities are endless!!! This new store is a great location. They are always very quick getting our order and getting the food out. Everything was wonderful. Friendly , fast and great service!!

Finally a good place to get breakfast around here. Poor manager girl last night around 5:00 p.m. doing the work of 3 employees – and did so in perfect and efficient fashion. Third trip here and it’s super clean every time. She Took care of every customer there. – even after I ruined the ketchup bottle – sorry again!

Not as good as good hope waffle house. This was to go so I can’t say about eat in. They burned bacon. Eggs were overcooked scrambled. Hash browns good. Biscuits and gravy ok. Toast was soft and fake butter they put on it was disgusting. Never even melted. This was at night so I guess night crew needs to step it up bc Holly pond has way better food. Plus their inside service is excellent. Probably would try 157 or Holly pond again. But will not go back to this one. I really don’t know about service or atmosphere bc it came by delivery service.

Never was waited on. We sat down to a dirty table and no one acknowledge us when we came in. Finally, a young long blonde headed girl with her back to us, turn her head and said I will be with you in a moment. We waited and waited with her still standing there. Best I could figure, she was waiting to call in a order, while the cooks was preparing a large order. I asked her if we could have a menu, she handed us a menu while we still had a dirty table. After giving the order she had been waiting to call in, she asked the table behind us if they needed anything. She refilled their drinks. Then came to our table to start clearing it. She took dishes over to the sink and talked to the other employees. We waited a few more minutes and then got up to leave. My husband told her we was tried of waiting, she said fine and have good day. Not good business!

Busy with alot of customers. It told me that other people liked the location and the food. I ordered the breakfast plate with scrambled cheese eggs, raisins toast, grits, and sausage. I loved the raisins toast with apple butter jelly.

That have been the worst service.I’ve had and a long time they cooked half my food and then the other half forgot about the rest when I did get my food. The omelet that I ordered was more like a running mess.It was nasty.but all I could taste was grease…. hash brown was cold… Eat there about 2-3 times a week , but I won’t be coming back. I expected better

Hit or miss experience depending on the time and day you visit. We’ve been in and had great food and service, but we’ve also gotten mediocre food and terrible service on another occasion. This location stays very busy, so I recommend going outside of peak hours.

The food is especially good at 2am after 15 hours of being outside! During the summer. In Alabama. Gotta love race days! Seriously though the cook was nice, servers did a good job, drinks never empty, and prices are very reasonable. Nice, clean restaurant.

Until the staff is trained, they need to start repeating orders. I ordered unsweet tea and I got sweet. Then, I ordered sausage bowl with everything to include chili and gravy. I didn’t get the chili and gravy. I didn’t notice till I got home . My normal bill is $15 but this time it was $28! It was a to-go order and costs more but good grief! I’ll go back to Hwy 157 before visiting the new place again. Food was good. Oh, looked liked the manager had to tell the waitress to take my order because she was yapping and not doing her job. She was a young African American and if you get her, confirm your order. Food was good but service needs to repeat the order until they are trained in ‘active’ listening techniques .

The waitress named Courtney we had didn’t want to be here. She wouldn’t refill the drinks forgot food that was ordered. The plates sat on the counter next to the stove for a few minutes before she was asked to get them. The coffee was warm and nasty. Just really bad service. She was lucky she got a tip at all.
