i recently visited Mid Street Bar and Grill at 1915 Baytree Pl, in Valdosta, GA. I happened to make my first visit right after a freaky snow storm and the walkways were icy. I enjoyed my visit to Mid Street Bar. The service was very good and I got my drinks and food in a timely manner. I liked to up North dive type atmosphere I like to some of the bars I have visited in Wisconsin. And the chicken skewers were delicious.

This place had such a great small town vibe! We stopped in for a quick drink on our way through and ended up staying for 5 hours chatting with the staff and some locals and watching football. Richard is a great guy and took pride in the food he served. He actually recommended something other than what we had ordered because he said he didn’t like the way it turned out and didn’t feel confident in serving it (amazing!) so we took his advice and were very pleased. The food was delicious and the drinks were awesome and very fairly priced. We had a great night here and definitely recommend anyone to stop by, hopefully you get the pleasure of meeting Richard

Stopped in here because we were looking for a place to grab something to eat, have a few drinks and shoot some pool. Unfortunately they didn’t have pool tables, but that is my only complaint. Tristan was an excellent bartender and prepared my drinks perfectly, (and I AM PICKY!!). We ordered the pork sliders, (my son wanted to try the ham and cheese, but sadly, their cooler had gone out the night before), so instead he had the pork sliders which he said were great. We shared an order order cheese curds, and as a self-proclaimed expert, who has tried them coast to coast and even in the Cheese Capitol of Wisconsin, have to say the best I have ever had. I had the teriyaki wings as my main. The sauce was AWESOME!! Richard, the cook, prepared everything perfectly!!! All in all, coming here expecting to be disappointed, I have to say Mid Street Bar is definitely a place you want to come to if you are ever in Valdosta, GA and want good food, good beverages and good atmosphere. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

We have been here a couple of times. Being OTR truck drivers, it’s had to find good places to chill. Now, we have been back three times and think we will continue while in Valdosta, GA. Everyone is great and chill. Cale is a really good bartender. we absolutely appreciate the great service. We didn’t care for the nachos, but the wings are awesome as hell. Sunday Funday is really great with Happy Hour all DAY.

Although I’m not from Valdosta, I visited this bar on a Tuesday afternoon when Courtney was serving drinks. She was incredibly lively and offered me honest and straightforward advice to all my questions. Regarding management and the bar’s performance considering its location, she had nothing but positive things to say. Despite the busy atmosphere, my meal arrived promptly, and there was hardly any wait for my drinks. I would highly recommend this bar, if I was local this would be my new regular spot, great service!

I walked in on a Wednesday night ,8:30, 6 people at the bar. I sat at the bar for a few minutes and the bartender never came over or even acknowledged me, so I left.
You people need to watch “Bar Rescue” and maybe you will have more than 6 in the bar.
