I order the SAME THING… Every time… this is the 1st time my order was by far the worst…. service was OK

I go to Panera to get above average food. The atmosphere was great and the employees were nice. The food was bad. The salad I ordered was a Greek salad it had half a bowl of banana peppers in. The salad was terribly assembled and just had basically no dressing. My wife ordered one of the new sandwiches. There was barely anything in the sandwich just a piece of lettuce a small piece of meat and bread. The whole sandwich was basically bread. My wife added onions there were two onion pieces added on. Look I get it Panera workers are underpaid and frankly don’t care I get it. If I was severely underpaid I wouldn’t care either. I just would like better standards for going to Panera. Me and my wife both agreed we will not eat at Panera again after this experience.

I love that Panera has a pretty regular changing menu, adding new things to try. During my most recent trip, we tried their new avocado chicken sandwich, which was really good. Always have to get my cheddar broccoli soup and Caramel Latte. The desserts are always fun, and they offer a lot of different options. Will definitely go again soon.

Usually hit up my local panera for bagels or a egg sandwich. Today I had the bacon and spinach souffle. Thought it was pretty good. Had their Pizza in the past and it was average. Was hoping it was going to be better than expected. Probably wouldn’t have tried it at all if it wasn’t for my son wanting to try it. Got the 4 cheese, Pepperoni and the chicken bacon flat breads. Best part of the process was ordering online, walking in and grabbing the bag. Very smooth process.

We enjoyed our experience at Panera. We used the self service kiosk which we really like because we don’t feel pressured to hurry and can take our time with kids.
The location is convenient and we really enjoyed our food. We got a good variety of options from Mac and cheese, pizza, sandwich, and soup. I nibbled on all of it!
My favorite was the soup and sandwich. Which is to be expected! Haha. The pizza was just ok but in their defense it was just the 4 cheese.
Overall, it was. Good experience. 4 stars due to the cleanliness of the store and it being a bit high in price per my opinion. Best of luck!

My boyfriend ordered the Premium Family Feast. The sandwiches were not labeled so I had to open every one and figure out which 2 were mine and what was his. ( One of mine was extremely greasy)The salad wasnt the greatest for me.

It was not busy when I walked in to Panera, yet I stood there and waited for a quite a few minutes while another customer occupied the server ‘s time with a question about her app. That’s fine, what I didn’t like was that the other 3 employees were gabbing and didn’t make a move to help, nor did the petit woman that I’m assuming was the manager. The guy at the counter was professional and apologetic. The rest of the employees were useless

Completely dirty , every single table the floor ,the rest rooms ,the fountain drink area was all dirty . Customer service was completely terrible. I’m shocked to see this establishment crumble …. Update : 11/26/21… still dirty , bathroom has toilet paper not on the roll holder . Completely unsanitary! BACK TO TRY AGAIN,, same nasty unsanitary conditions . Tea station dirty and had slimy tea , I took one sip spit it out because it was sour then saw the slime on the inside of the container. Does the health department come in here ?????????

I am sorry for negative post, however I am disappointed!!! We placed a group order for delivery and that went fine. However, my sandwich had pieces of black slimy lettuce on it. If it looks like that, it’s a NO to be eaten! Also, we specifically asked for extra butter for a baguette and we didn’t even get one! If I could, I would drive there to get it rectified, but we work too far and took a chance that it would be extra cared for….guess not! It may seem minor things to you, but you should get what you pay for and hoping I don’t get sick on anything I did eat, if I missed some of the slime.
