I ordered a drink earlier today and asked for it to be 3/4 of the way filled with 2% milk and when I got it, it was barely 25% full. When I asked about it, the girl who handed it to me was somewhat rude and said they could only fill it to the second line which is pretty low. I order the same drink at the Starbucks on Rangeline and never have a problem with it so obviously, I won’t be going to this Starbucks again. It looks like from the other reviews that they have some issues with doing drinks correctly and their friendliness.

Uninviting people, uninviting space. No outdoor seating, no umbrellas, a metal counter that just bakes in the sun and always looks stained and dirty. Never feel like the outdoor order area gets acknowledged in any meaningful way. Every time I wait there, I eventually have to go to my car then order through the drive through. And then I always feel rushed, like I really am inconveniencing the staff by just- ordering.
I saw that Starbucks announcement about trying to “shift away from the grab-and-go model” and am eagerly awaiting the eventual announcement of the shuttering of all drive through only stores. Maybe if you’re talking to people face to face, and actually expecting them to stick around longer than 15 seconds in your drive through, you’ll treat them more like a human.
When this store opened a few years ago I was sure it’d be my default Starbucks moving forward. Now, I think Starbucks should discontinue the drive-through-only stores outright. No wait is nice, but not nice enough for all the trade offs.

Just picked up a mobile order from this location and not only were they slow but they staff was awful. I placed a mobile order and when I got to the drive notice the car in front of me had a pretty large order. I asked the woman in drive if it would be okay if I just picked it up at the front, just because I didn’t want my order sitting and getting cold. The girl then with an attitude replied “you can pick up your order however you’d like” in a very nasty tone. I then went to the front and watched as they had JUST printed the ticket for my drink, which should have already been started. They also proceeded to make several drive orders ahead of mine, and while I way waiting, several staff members gave me dirty looks. As I was handed my drink I asked if mobile orders were started as soon as they received them, why they pushed several driver orders ahead of mine. The staff member then proceeded to blame a new hire/trainee and said it was because he was slow getting out orders. Overall terrible experience, not only are senior staff members very blatantly rude to customers, they are also alarming quick to throw trainees under the bus.
Moral of the story, either choose a different location (we have two others in town that are fantastic), or save your money and make your drinks at home.

Just like the rest of the reviews, horrible attitudes and service. Out of the multiple times I’ve been to any Starbucks including this one many times, I get demanded I order something in order a pup cup, A FREAKING PUP CUP for a shelter dog on a date. Who assumes I drink overpriced, low quality drinks or even coffee based items. Maybe just maybe if she didn’t have an attitude from the beginning I might have considered.

literally just came in the drive thru and ordered 2 venti strawberry açaí lemonade refreshers, one with extra strawberry, and the lady was amaaazinggggg and they made my drink so yum chugged that thing in 2 seconds 1000/10 love her i just had to write a review

If i am going to pay $8 for a coffee then I would like it made the way I pay for it. They substituted 2% for heavy cream which was extra$ but still charged me for it and I guess thought I wasn’t going to notice. I called the store to let them know and the man working there told me they would make sure to get it right next time. So I guess I just wasted $8 today because this coffee tastes terrible and I will never return to Starbucks again. Their prices are outrageous for a cup of coffee and if they mess up well you are just SOL and hopefully they make it right the next time?? It’s too expensive for all that. I just won’t drink coffee from Starbucks ever again.

yall. i can place my order in the app (Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso, 6 pumps of brown sugar syrup and 2 scoops of vanilla bean powder) and they will have it HOT(or iced) and ready by the time im at the window no joke. the baristas at this location are fast and take their job seriously, as my drink is made and looks the exact same every single time no matter who makes it. and is always served with a smile! love this location, and love the baristas. great job yall!

I have never had a bad coffee at this Starbucks! We just moved here and I have been frequenting this Starbucks 3-4 times a week. The employees are nice, they always do a great job, and my coffee is always on point. The drive through never takes too long, and my experince has always been positive.
