I just went to Golden Gate doughnuts in the rain at 7am on Sunday morning and no one is there and there is no sign saying closed or any message online about being closed today. So I will not be buying doughnuts there anymore. It wouldn’t be hard for them to advise there loyal customers that they wouldn’t be open today but I guess they just don’t care about there customers.

Heavenly Deliciousness! They do fill the chocolate or maple long johns and solid rounds with your choice of White Cream, Boston Cream, Raspberry, Lemon, and Chocolate! Apple fritters, bear claws, and cinnamon buns are as big as your face! I also get compliments on how hefty these are at our pre-work meetings, especially the filled donuts. Most of my co-workers can barely eat two at the most. Reasonably priced as well. This place is my new donut stop.

First time trying. Kept getting a weird taste from the donuts… almost like alcohol? Weird. Strawberry filling was good, although the custard tasted old. I was hoping they were amazing. Bummer. I’ll probably stick to Sugar & Spice next time I want donuts.
