This Starbucks is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff? Amazing. The vibes? Immaculate. The wait? None. Every time I step foot in this store, my breath gets taken away. I aspire to be like one of the brilliant people working here. Susan is the sweetest human being. She always has a smile on her face. Ollie and Sasha never fail to lift me up. Don’t even get me started on that girl Destiny. She deserves the biggest raise she can get. Oh and we of course can’t forget about Avrey. They are the absolute best. One time, they rescued my cat from a burning building. When I was suffering from the plague, they offered me a honey citrus mint tea, and they even added peppermint! After I had accidentally spilled my drink on my roommate’s ex-bestfriend’s boyfriend’s sister’s cousin, they remade me drink for me! I cannot express how grateful I am that these guys are here. Sure I can make coffee at home, but then I wouldn’t get to see their bubbly personalities every day. YOU GUYS ROCK!!

Susan at Plateville was very rude. I forgot to place my order ahead of time which was on me and we had mentioned it when we got up to the speaker that we just placed it and she was very mean about it. She made us say what was on the order even though it was in system. Then when we made it up to the widow she gave us very rude looks. And did have a good attitude about serving us. I have been coming to this location very often and have never had someone so rude to me about placing an order then showing up right away.

Pre-order online 20 minutes before arriving to the store to ensure they have time to make the drink and once arrived, have to wait an additional 20-40 minutes because they don’t care about pick up orders, only the drive through. It shouldn’t take over 40 minutes to make a drink. It should always go in order of the time the order was placed. Never have this issue any where else. Will not be coming back here again due to the complete incompetence of staff.
