They should add drink to the survey.
I have been to this location several times.
I do like the management better than the lady that was there previously (she was rude) .
So better staff. However, it seems to be a lot of turn around here.
Sometimes you get a great drink sometimes not.
The one thing that they do not do is offer you your perks.
For example, I went there in the morning and another location in the afternoon same day.
The other location asked (which they do often) would I like to use my free drink.
The zimmerman location has NEVER offered my perks to me.

Stopped by here a few weeks ago. Staff was really friendly. This was my first Caribou Coffee experience, so they helped me order some of the favorites. I enjoyed their recommendations. I’ll be back.

I went and got a coffee and this morning. They wouldn’t let me get a water bigger than a small or a water bottle. My coffee was good besides when I got half way to 3/4 of the way done with it there was plastic from a bag or something. Lost my interest it and had to dump it out.

Alright, here’s the deal. I have been to a lot of caribous. I absolutely love their coffee, but unfortunately, sometimes it’s bad.
I typically order an iced caramel high rise with Oatmilk and an extra shot. 5 times out of 10, the coffee I receive tastes burnt and not at all like it should.
Now I didn’t catch her name, but the very nice girl that helped my boyfriend and I at this specific caribou KNEW what she was doing. Her customer service was on point, very friendly, and most importantly, she made the coffee right. Hands down one of the best coffees I’ve gotten from caribou in the past 10 years. Love love love it. 10/10 these people know what they’re doing. Would go again.

Haven’t even tasted it yet. EVERYTIME I come here my drink is 1/2 -3/4 full. The one in Princeton and ER always have it full.

Don’t order a matcha you won’t get a full cup. We’ve been going here for months with no problems now all of a sudden there’s a new person there and we’re getting half of our beverage and mostly foam. When asked for less foam I was told “we will try” and again it’s mostly foam hardly any drink in it. So basically I order a XL AND PAY for an XL but am only getting a med drink.and NO It’s NOT “the way they make the drinks” because BEFORE the new staff the cups were full we got what we paid for. I’m the picture below u can see where the ice sets on the DRINKABLE part of the drink this is and the rest is FOAM. I would really just like to get what I paid for.

On July 13, 2025, went to order My wife favorite drink and they couldn’t even get it right. How hard is it to make a Carmel Cooler with no topping, less flavor, and an extra shot of expresso. Then you can’t even get my son Carmel cooler straight. I returned it and they suppose to remake it and but to dam lazy saying they did. Problem with the shop is we order the drink from every Caribou Coffee when we stop by. You taste the coffee before you taste the sugar first. Won’t go back to this lousy shop!

Drive thru was poor service. The person taking the order, kept saying she couldn’t hear us and we had to yell into speaker the she made a comment that we didn’t have to yell.
