My burger was fantastic the first time I ordered it and since then it has been plummeting. Today I came, picked up my burger and it is fully saturated in oil. The bun is mush, my lettuce is actually dripping oil and I called to resolve it.. the girl answering the phones won’t let me speak to someone in charge and is asking me to come back to return the burger as I’m trying to explain why I’m unable to. Shame because it really was good the first few times but won’t be returning and do not recommend. At least not for pick up orders.

Stopped by Benjis to try the new location. Ordered a burger and fries. The burger heavily seasoned, not my cup of tea. The fries were okay, nothing to rave about on either.
Would say much better then the other two pizzerias at this location. Unfortunately, nothing to go crazy about. Spending 20 plus on a burger and fry, many other options in area much better.

Don’t waste your time. 1) Overpriced. 2) No taste, no flavor, barely even salted. 3) They charge you for basic toppings.
Menu shows a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and cheese for $10, but then I get charged $1 for tomato and $1 for lettuce—on top of $2.50 for avocado and $2.08 for bacon. (Which I didn’t mind paying for) When I asked why, the lady (seems to be the owner) said “we charge for toppings” even though the menu clearly makes it look included. To top it off, they were out of cheddar cheese. The burger lacked flavor and salt and was messy and soggy. The papaya smoothie – Tasted NOTHING like papaya—more like a bland cinnamon horchata with zero sugar. Yuca bites came under-fried & pale.
Nothing against the lady, she was polite, but the food, flavor, price, and value were all way below standard. We left almost everything on the table after a couple bites.

This restaurant is the place to go for quality food! I had the Gigis Burger with fries, and everything was hot, fresh and delicious. The owner Jisel is a sweetheart who takes quality food and service to heart. I highly recommend Benjis Burgers for a great meal and I will definitely be going again soon to try more food!
