One of the lady’s that runs the kitchen doesn’t understand the difference between paying extra or not for more protein or veggies. She looks you straight in the face asks how many sauces you want then always gives you one less. I’m not sure if she doesn’t know how to count or this brings joy to her.
Sometimes she’s gone and it’s a great place to eat at. Whoever fills in for her deserves the position full time. She does an amazing job and has a great genuine attitude about it.

A dangerous place for vegetarians, those with food allergies, and religious considerations. They were using same chopping block and knife to cut meat and tofu.
Someone needs to educate the workers who come from heavy meat eating countries who don’t get it that they need to keep things separate. Of course management doesn’t give a crap.

First time having this and i’ve been curious. Although i prefer Flame Broiler still, this place is a good second choice especially since they have so many options and different varieties of what you want. I like the personalization options here. The employee was so patient when we ordered. The one thing that stood out was we can have our protein lightly brushed with the sauce which is perfect cuz I actually don’t care for teriyaki sauce at all. I thought that was very different. Otherwise everything else was yummy. I do wish the plate came with veggies and not just rice. I’m sure you can add it but i think it should come automatically.

Worst customer service ever. I understand it gets busy sometimes but at least say to wait a minute or at the very least,acknowledge the people waiting. They also place the receipt ON the food while they’re preparing orders. Very disgusting

This place sucks.. waited 20 minutes for a mini steak bowl. Finally gave it to me missing fork and gave me chicken instead. Brought back and made me wait another 10 minutes. During that time all the did was scrap the chicken off the top and add the beef. I will not be returning.

Always love the food and service but today there was an error in my order and I loved how it was handled. Zach acknowledged it and did what he could and also the supervisor even called to make it right. Great job guys.

First time getting food at this location and what a disappointment. Ordered two bowls on beef with veggies and on chicken no veggies, got home both no veggies and the serving on the beef was smaller. Looked like a kids bow but charged for a regular size.

I accidentally showed up just a few minutes before closing but the staff were still so helpful and made great food! My two-year-old was with me and the staff greeted him and made him feel special. Thanks!
