Reviews
I dinged the atmosphere for the bathrooms, and some other stuff in a corner that might be old stuff but the eating area, while dimly lit is a nice area and well kept.
If you are looking for noodles I would highly recommend you give it a try.
Prices are very reasonable. $$
Staff did not speak fluent English but very nice and sincere. He will bring you whatever you need. The older lady server did not put the hot soup bowls to the seat of the person who ordered them. That is the reseaon for the minus 1 star. They are good servers and come to get our order in a timely manner. We did not have to wait long. Food came out fast and delicious.
Parking is a very small lot shared with other shops in tiny Plaza. We had to park 1 block away on the side street.
I was very disappointed and expected a full refund. However, Uber Eats did not provide a direct way to handle this issue, so I had to call the restaurant myself. They told me that I had to come in person to get a refund — which is very inconvenient, especially considering that I ordered online to save time.
When I visited the restaurant, the service was poor. One man raised his phone while the receptionist was handing me the refund. I asked if he was taking a photo of me, but they didn’t respond. They looked at each other and smiled. He left in the middle of the conversation, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.
In the end, I got my money back, but only after taking the time and risk to go there myself. They also told me over the phone that they are closed on Mondays and Thursdays, which meant if I didn’t come today, I would have had no way to reach them the next day.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and inconvenient. I would not recommend this restaurant.
The young woman who waited on us, seemingly would have preferred that we were anywhere else on Earth.
And the space is not great. It’s way too l, open and there are massive televisions in the room. Additionally, they have someone bussing tables with a loud cart that makes it feel like a high school cafeteria (He actually hit my elbow with the cart and just kept going.)
Yeah, it’s not great.
Gluten-free friendly. Have rice noodle options. The sesame balls tasted like they had just been made.
Can’t wait to work my way through their extensive menu but it will be hard not to get this same soup ever time. ❤️
It is a little grungy and the bathrooms are to be missed if possible but it all just adds to the authenticity!
