I first tried Naples pizza about a month ago and it was amazing! I ended up ordering twice in that month!! I just bought from here again last night. Their pizza is affordable and it tastes really good. Especially with their garlic dipping sauce.
I was looking for some local pizza places and found this one. Full disclosure I didn’t want to order because I didn’t see any photos and most of the reviews were as tempting. But My Husband said let’s give it a try and it was great!! The only problem was the first time I ordered a cheese pizza and got a cheese and bacon. It was fine, didn’t make a fuss over it since Hubby eats pork. But the other times I’ve gotten my order correct and received my cheese pizza.
I would say give it a try, I know there’s a lot of negative reviews but if you’re willing to give it a try I’m sure it won’t be a waste of money.

I would honestly give this establishment 0 stars. We were delivered a pizza that was crushed and all the toppings were stuck to the box. We were offered a credit and when we went to use it they only took 10$ off our pizza when we originally payed 56$ for our pizza. The manager had no respect, was very rude and refused to cooperate with us. Very unprofessional establishment and will not be returning. An embarrassment to the town of tilbury.

Doesn’t even deserve a one star review! The worst service we have ever received the manager was incredibly rude!! We were told we will receive a credit on a queen pizza due to it being destroyed, and the manager after delivering told us and only took 10$ off will never go again or recommend to anyone.

We got a Queen Naples Super on a Friday night. While the ingredients were plentiful and the pizza looked great, it lacked any real flavour. I think the sauce was missing. We added some hot sauce and it brought out the flavour. I’m sure this was just an oversight and they normally put on more sauce. I’d say give it a try.

Assorted subs were good as an assorted sub could ever be and bread seemed very fresh.

Didn’t realize I had hole in my pocket so I was $5 short but they let it go until I could come back.
When I went back to give the $5 owing I left $5 tip because appreciation and understanding.
We were doing ” here’s the $5 and a $5 in thanks, no no that’s okay, no really I appreciate your understanding, okay well at least grab couple pops”, so I
was forced ( not literally) to grab couple pops.

Called to place an order for delivery and it has never been a problem before to deliver to Merlin. This time, after passing the phone, the manager or owner refused to deliver to my address! We had them deliver here a month ago! Same delivery driver as last year when we also had pizza delivered by naples! That’s no way to treat your customers…they just lost loyal customers.

First let me say naples pizza is probably my favorite pizza. That being said i would not recommend naples pizza tilbury, they consistently undertoping their pizza not to mention this is the only place i have ever seen charge 4 dollar for extra sauce. Then thier is the downright rude owner ordered afew pizzas and garlic bread go in to pick it up no garlic bread ask him about it nope you didn’t order that . Ya we did and you weren’t even who i talked to nope you dident order that. Just a very rude condescending invidual. So if you like good pizza just go to a different naples thier great just not this one.

This is by far the worst pizza I’ve had in over a decade. Everything about it! I even worked for a few pizza places so I know what I’m stating here. Wasted $40. Should’ve gone to a Little Caesars. Not only overpriced for the lowest quality but the staff management was very slack. I can’t believe this is a franchise chain. Shedded pepperoni and what was up with your crust? Do not eat this garbage.

The new owners have done an amazing job of returning the quality and customer service to Naples Tilbury. I’ve ordered about 4 pizzas from them and all of them were excellent, and service is prompt and friendly.
