Honestly we come here all the time usually have good service but there is always one worker when she gets overwhelmed or a lot of people she is very hateful slams things around and is just rude. The last time we were was here she had helped and was very hateful to her coworker this is just now how you act I work fast food to and I understand when busy but you stay calm and not be rude. Oh this was between 5-6 today since she doesn’t have a name tag.

Overall good Subway experience. Can get super busy around lunch/dinner hours which could cause delays in online app time estimated pick up time. My sandwiches were delayed but the employees got them assembled very quickly and I was still able to get to my destination in time. We frequent this location the most and 9 out of 10 times, everthing is awesome. Clean bathroom and clean sandwich making area. Convient pick up window. One biggest complaint is the awful pot hole you need to navigate around when pulling in as I have hit it at times and “bottom out” my car and some more “chug holes” around back of building. I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

They seem to never have enough help. And some of the employees look “sketchy” to me. The food is Subway, tastes the same at every location which is a good thing.

Placed an online order for $50+ and added special instructions. Completely ignored them and got our order wrong all the way around from our drinks to chips to sandwiches. Do not recommend curbside pick up at all. Very disappointed.

I went in about 5:30 PM on Saturday, November 3, 2018. I have not had any major complaints until last night. The first thing noticed is the young lady behind the counter had part of her bare belly exposed. The next issue was her starting my 2 sandwiches then picking up the phone then touching my sandwich then picking up the phone then touching my sandwich all with the same gloves. I was so grossed out that I just had to tell her I didn’t need my 2 sandwiches and walk out. I realized I had a diet coke in my hands and had to set in down as I was leaving. I drive to Lone Grove to get my two 12 inch Subway Clubs. The bare skin and not changing gloves are both unsanitary. Her belly is going up against where food is. If there is a camera, it can be viewed. In my opinion I’m debating on a call to the Health Department. Up to yesterday, I have preferred the Healdton Subway. I thought it would be fair to let the store have a chance to make it right, but how to you make it right other than to fix unsanitary behavior. I’m left with a bad experience and my business going elsewhere.
