I used to got to Boaz everyday when it began being hit and miss on the accuracy I grew tired of it the final straw was getting my coffee remade and it still being bitter and I couldn’t drink it. I went to the Albertville location and ordered same coffee and it was delicious. So my suggestion go to Albertville location.

I really like Iced Caramelicious, but the same drink but different. The drink on the left looks bright and sweet very delicious (I bought it in the morning), but the drink on the right has the same recipe but very bad and much more bitter (I bought it in the afternoon). I think the afternoon shift staff need to be more proficient in bartending.

I’ve been ~10 times and I had one drink total that was correctly made on the first try. Every other time I have had to send my drink back in to be fixed if I have time to sit and try the drink before I drive off. On one occasion I had to a send a drink back in twice. My food has been stale multiple times (cookies and mini donuts, not the cooked foods).

They never give you a receipt and never confirm orders. Usually have music blaring at window as well, maybe why orders are wrong.
How can I say “everything bagel” then get a cinnamon roll? Other locations confirm at speaker and give receipts every time. Won’t come back to boaz anymore they are never up to par with other locations.

Me and my husband came thru to boaz location this morning first timers… I just wanna say everything was point the caramel coffee was great and the tomato feta egg bites was delicious. The lady at the window was so sweet and gave my fur baby a pup cup whipped cream and milk bone that is so cute … Thank y’all for outstanding service and treats 🙂

First time trying Scooter Coffee! Absolutely LOVED it. The worker at the window was friendly and didn’t rush to hand me my items and had a pleasant attitude. Hard to find that anymore in customer service. I loved the sweetness of the flavoring and the bitterness of the coffee after to balance it all out. I got the Iced Sugar Cookie latte and it was DELICIOUS. Hope it never goes away.

I tried this coffee place for the 1st time yesterday and man was the little bit of coffee I could drink good before it leaked all over my new shirt and husband’s truck. I had a feeling something was wrong when we was handed the drink with a wad of napkins but gave them the benefit of the doubt since the drive thru was busy. Unfortunately for me it was literally cracked in 2 different spots. When I called to let them know and ask the to look at the other cups so no one had my misfortune it was like they answered and maybe sat down the phone? It went completely silent before being disconnected . So I had a good long ride back home sticky and barely caffeinated.

I absolutely love the drinks and food at Scooters and was stopping 4-5 times a week. Friday I stopped and did not realize they did not give my debit card back. That night I called and asked about it, the 2nd call I even requested to speak to the manager. I had to deactivate my card since no one knew to actually look in the register drawer and contact me that they had it until the next night. Until then the service was excellent.
