This location can improve. I have a quick lunch and am expecting to grab a bag or tray and eat but instead I wait in line to tell them I ordered ahead and then watch them quickly make the order with the food I see under the heat lamp that is normally seasoned better at other locations. Process needs to improve or this location might not make it in a town with the other chains operating above standards.

Great chicken as you would expect. We came at dinner rush, so it was busy, and there was a little wait. The food was amazing. The service was great and the staff hustled to get everything out as quick as they could. They were real apologetic about the wait, but we were dining in so it was fine. Would recommend.

Exceptional service, the entire team is amazing. we had our son with us, they threw in an apple juice box for free. The staff interacted with him and everyone was smiling so big. Food was very good, we will return I’m sure. Con’s was the child seat was kind dirty and there were some fruit flies hanging around the restaurant and the walls could use some repair, these things would not stop me from coming back.

I Love this little chicken joint!! Great food and quick service and it’s only a couple minutes away from the job site.
I’m a fan of the spicy chicken strips and when they ask what sauce I want, I always reply with “gravy” lol . Just be careful to make sure they don’t charge you extra for the gravy.

Dropped in for some spicy chicken and red beans and rice. Overall really good. Red beans were a better than average. The biscuit was good and the spicy dark meat chicken was perfect! Fresh oil. Staff was friendly.

I put in a online order to pick up later. I get there and I have to wait about 15 minutes while other people’s order get taken care of first,drive through and walk-ins. The food was good, I just think I shouldn’t have to wait when I made a scheduled order.

I ordered a SCHEDULED ORDER and I had to wait a whole hour in all my years of living I didn’t have to wait an hour 5:40 to. 6:40 for a SCHEDULED order I had to order for my family and we had to wait a whole hour this is highly unacceptable and for now on I WILL NOT be ordering in my home town of Woodstock I am really disappointed. This is a disgrace to the Popeyes corporation.
