Staff were incredibly friendly, and service was attentive and quick. The view of the golf course was pretty, the atmosphere was chill—a mix of adults and a few younger kids. The food was delicious! I got the local salmon and my boyfriend got the special, a roasted chicken breast. We don’t drink, but they had good options for those that do. We would definitely return for a nice dinner.

Great service!! Old school vibe with good food and drinks. This time we just had the flourless chocolate torte and a mocktail. The Gleneden mocktail was the best!

It has never been crowded – very good place to relax and chill. Golf not needed.

While the food was fairly flavorful, they were completely disorganized. Waited 50 mins for our appetizer (which was the wrong thing) and another 40 mins for our entree.

At one point the hostess came by and asked “are you ready for your check?” We told her we hadn’t even gotten our entree. When it arrives my wife’s steak was clearly recently fired but my entree was ice cold (green curry).

If you are staying at the resort, just head up the highway, plenty better places to eat

I had a decent experience at Attic Lounge. The atmosphere was cozy with a nice view, but the food options were limited we couldn’t find any vegan choices. However, the service was exceptional, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It’s a good spot for a casual drink, but the menu could use more variety.

My boyfriend and I dined here for dinner since we were staying at the hotel. We started with the clam chowder, which unfortunately was served cold, even the bowl itself was cold. Our server was kind and promptly removed it from our check when we asked.
We then waited about 45 minutes for our ribeye, which came with broccoli and potatoes. Unfortunately, the steak was very disappointing, bland, lacking flavor, and overly greasy. Given the high prices, the quality of the food simply didn’t match the cost. Overall, it wasn’t worth it. I left feeling really disappointed, especially because I was genuinely excited to try this place. I’m sharing this to let others know what our experience was like before deciding to dine here.

Rib eye was really good and so was the halibut. Old fashioned drink is great but wouldn’t recommend the siesta drink it tasted full of food color chemicals. Always come here to when in Lincoln city away from the crowds and beautiful grounds at Salishan

This isn’t our first visit, but it was definitely the best food we’ve had here so far. My wife enjoyed her crab cakes and salad. My tenderloin was overcooked and the risotto a bit gluey, though the flavors were solid.

That said, the restaurant itself really needs some attention. The setting is fantastic and the place has so much potential, but it feels like it needs stronger on-site management. The dining room is consistently freezing—simply turning up the thermostat and making the space more inviting would go a long way.

I genuinely want this place to find its mojo, because it could be great.

Crab cakes were the best I have very had due to being homemade and accompanied with perfectly acidic greens.
Rib eye: pretty good, I expected the sauce to have more flavor.
Dessert: was taken aback that the sliver of cheesecake for $10 was not different from store bought.

Also having a football game on and patrons cheering felt more like a sports bar than fine dining.

The Attic at Salishan was fantastic!
The service was absolutely top-notch, they made us feel welcomed, and cared for. The knowledgeable bartender and great wine choices enhanced the visit ❤️
Plus the food is great! The crispy brussel sprouts done with nuts, the bread, and (oh my) the halibu bites are all appetizers that you can’t go wrong with.
We enjoyed it so much that we ate there both nights of our stay instead of going elsewhere for dinner as we normally would!

You don’t have to be a guest to dine there, either. Just park in front of the main lodge and head upstairs for dinner! Lunch is served on the main floor – and the burgers are excellent, too!

Be sure to check out the other shops on site and the golf course. ⛳️

Enjoy!

We enjoyed our meal here on the upper floor restaurant The Attic inside The Salishan Hotel. I think our favorite was the Tillamook mac & cheese with jalapeños annnnnnd the jackfruit chili (wow). Glad that they offered mocktails!
