This location has the most kind, experienced, and amazing staff! I seriously had the best experience here today!! 11/10 would recommend! Their bright and insightful staff my day wayyyy better! My usual order was also immaculately crafted! Seriously the most beautiful frapp I’ve seen in a long time! It was glorious!! (See photos) And more-so because the staff was also outstanding!! This will absolutely be my new go-to Starbucks even though it’s 5 miles from me because it was such a great experience all around! I seriously couldn’t recommend a better ‘Bucks location!! Run!!! Don’t walk to this location!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Ok to start I live in monterey county, here for a work trip. The date was December 3rd around 9:30 am. Went into starbucks to grab a drink, and was greeted by the ENTIRE staff. When I say that was the best experience I have ever had in a starbucks. Denis, Madison, and Kiannah complimented my outfit and that made my morning, just the care and curiosity about my day Denis expressed really made my experience better. Madison and Kiannah were so bubbly and it really showed the staff here was working as a TEAM. Im a manager in retail, and this is exactly what work environments should be like. They made a thought pop up in my mind about moving there and being friends with these ladies! Great job to this location!!! Delicious coffee was made as well 😉

stopped by here on my roadtrip and had to stop by this location specifically again on the way back because they were so nice & they made DELICIOUS drinks. i always thought that starbucks drinks were eh, they got the job done but werent amazing, but the baristas here know what theyre doing. the banana cream protein matcha was the best matcha ive had in a minute. the inside of the store was also really spacious, clean, n vibey.

I visit this Starbucks near my workplace almost every day and usually order the same drink. Most of the team is friendly, professional, and gets my order right every time — and I really appreciate their consistency and kindness.
However, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with one employee, Brittany. She often messes up my order, even when I explain it clearly. More troubling, her demeanor toward me feels off — I consistently get uncomfortable looks that seem dismissive or even racially biased. I can’t say for sure what her intentions are, but the pattern has made me feel unwelcome and singled out.
This is disappointing, especially given how great the rest of the team is. I hope this feedback encourages management to look into this and ensure a respectful, inclusive experience for every customer.

This Starbucks has been the most SUPERIOR location I have ever experienced. The staff are so incredibly kind and fun. I moved out of Rocklin and still drive from Newcastle to this specific Starbucks because of the staff and service. I have tried other locations and they don’t compare. Grateful to all the workers there! You make my day.

Not going here anymore, I was told to come closer to my pickup time for my mobile order…and I was at the drive-thru speaker 1 minute before the time it was telling me, also, they can’t make a drink right to save their lives. But they are usually nice, that’s the only saving grace of this location.
