Wow! Most impressive Burger King that we have been to in a long time. There are Easter decorations around, all of the tables are clean of the chairs are pushed under, there was prompt service and when server couldn’t get to some one right away she said we will be a right with you with a smile on her face. Extremely impressed by the staff here. The food came out fast.
The person taking our order suggested a different combination for us. And then later we heard her talking to the cooks saying that they were getting low on something and to make more. Very much aware of what the need was there.
Excellent service. They work great as a team.

Generally, I would say this location is poorly run. I have eaten from this location 3 times in the past year. I have been a happy customer once. Once they forgot half the sandwhiches in the order, today they forgot the flavoring in the drink (just soda water) and I didn’t get a straw. If you find yourself here, check everything in the order before you drive off because the employees are not.

Why is it so difficult to get an order correct at the drive up window? My wife, son, and I picked up an order (used my son’s BK app.) At approximately 7 pm on 2/15. I ordered a Whopper with mustard, ketchup, pickles, and onion. When we arrived at our destination, I found that my burger had only ketchup on it. I choked it down but it was awful. We checked the order on the app , and it was ordered correctly.
People that use drive thru service often wait to eat until they reach their destination.

Not a good BK anyway you slice it. Especially the fountain sodas. – absolutely terrible, and when I asked for better, got horrible lip from a dude that desperately needed a shower. This is my review from today, I try every 6 years . . . (Service time was good though for a lunch period hence my rating)

very kind girl at the drive thru and my ghost whopper is AMAZING yum! Watch for BOGO offers and every Wednesday is whopper wednesday get one for $3.. VALUE update! use mobile app to order.. select the BOGO offer on original chicken sandwich and add free tomato onion lettuce pickle and you get essentially deluxe sandwiches. Also you should always use the app to get points towards free food and the latest offers. Even if you are there.. sit in the parking lot and use mobile ordering to always get your points. i got 2 good sized deluxe chicken sandwiches for about $6. And if you like spicy chicken ask for a buffalo dipping sauce and add it to the bottom your chicken and you get deluxe spicy chicken sandwich! One other tip! every wednesday is $3 whopper.. don’t pay more for a whopper! ONE MORE tip .. if you have been plagued with not hot food.. well if you order with the app.. and if it is outside of lunch hour or dinner hour… make a specific small change so they have to make your food fresh. you can always ask for fresh fries or food when you are at the drive thru. CHEAP Whoppers? YES on wednesday whoppers are only $3

UPDATE today i got breakfast today and the hash browns are amazingly good.. and i use my reward point and got a large hash brown free! also an egg chesse and sausage Croissant.. UPDATE hey anyone complain about food not hot enough.. did you forget where you are? HAVE IT YOUR WAY did you forget this??? i love the BOGO original chicken sandwich with tomato onion and pickles added and guess what else? i ask for a FRESH DROP .. they are super fresh and delicious and 2 sandwiches for under $6 .. quit complaining this place will do what ever you ask for before you post a complaint why not ask them to fix your problem? they food is improving.. ask for a fresh drop and you will see like i think them. Update! today i got 3 burgers for $5.30z. they was offering a free rodeo burger on a friday free for any order of $1 or more. i added the whopper Jr duo (2 whopper he’s) for $5 and 30 cent was the tax. always watch for the discounts!

I had an online order for a medium whopper meal. My fries were undercooked and cold. I couldn’t finish my whopper as each bite I took made me nauseated to the point of throwing it away and trying not to vomit. The tomato and mayonnaise tasted rancid, the pickle was rubbery, the bun was soggy, and the meat was a greasy sponge. I’m probably going to vomit. And that sucks because I never want to deal with the meal I just ate again, it was horrid enough going down.

Only person in line. Very simple order(whopper jr, no tomato add cheese), repeated back incorrectly “just ketchup?” I repeated my order. Pulled around, employee washing pavement in front of payment window, had to wait for him to finish. Employees at payment window was not friendly and the whopper Jr was still incorrect!

I had a very bad service here cause they gave me the wrong double wooper cause I couldn’t even taste the sauce on the Cooper & they took 15 mins to give us our food so I recommend for anyone else to never come to this burger king cause their service is horrible
