They were out of chai so they had to cancel my order, but then they came out with this drink that they made for me I wasn’t expecting anything except a refund, but this was so sweet of them to do! I hope they know that their kindness was definitely appreciated.

Went to this Starbucks with my boyfriend to get some coffee and something quick to eat before going to shop around Target. Nice place, staff were friendly and quick with our drinks and the place was pretty clean. As we got our items we decided to take a seat and chat, everything was going smoothly. I noticed a woman with a new born baby walk out from the corner of the Starbucks and leave- her husband still at the table tucked in the corner away from everyone. I was in awe at a loving mom and a nicely quiet new born. One female employee decided to make a rude comment about the woman breast feeding her new born. Making disgusting comments trying to get the younger male employee to talk about it as well. ‘It’s disgusting right, isn’t it?’ She kept egging it on and I noticed how the male just shrugged and would keep it short saying ‘Not really.’ The woman kept making comments even though the ladies husband was still there. She didn’t stop until she noticed he was there sitting, staring at her. She quickly hid in the management office in the back after that. All I have to say is, if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all. I’m also proud of the male employee for understanding that a mom is just feeding her child. Due to this negative behavior I won’t be coming back at this location.
PS: Other customers around didn’t even comment to the mom to stop or anything, she wasn’t even in view while everyone else minded their business. I didn’t even notice until the employee mentioned something about it.

Visited today and experienced a very slow line. To my disappointment, the barista prepared the entire order for the family behind me in line before making my single latte. At every other Starbucks I’ve visited, orders are made in the order they are placed.

I was disappointed in the customer service from one woman there. She had green color to her hair didn’t catch her name but she was one of the people making the drinks and handing them out. They didn’t take names for the orders and weren’t getting some of the orders correct so when calling them out there was confusion between our order and another ladies. And when my dad had asked about the order she was rude and when nicely suggested to maybe put the names on the cups instead of calling out the orders she had an excuse of they were too busy. And than tried to blame her messing up the order on my dad, when we’ve never had an issue before with the way we order the drink. Another one of the workers overheard and was apologetic but there was no excuse for her rudness.

Well as 7:49 Pm advertisement shows coffee is 30% of. When I go to pay girl tells me is for tomorrow. So why the sign is saying 30 %! Should accept what they advertise or do not put there before goes on!!!. Manager should contact me about that. That is not right!!!

David was so amazing!!! I was having a rough day, my arm was hurting and just a simple gesture about him asking how it was going turned my whole day around. He was so courteous and nice with all the customers that were there and struck up a conversation with each person. The pandemic has Def made it hard to get out and about but I wanted to say thank you for being such a gem David! Best customer service!

This is not a stand-alone store so I find that management is lacking in these operations. The service is friendly but tends to be quite slow. The beverages are generally consistent and the pastries are always good (as they come pre-made).

Well let’s start with whenever I want to spend $10 for a coffee I’m starting here. Next let me say that most of the time the drinks you get from Starbucks are fantastic and this trip was no exception. Great service and great coffee. Horrible prices lol
