Wish I could give it a 0!! If you read the reviews all bad!!!!! I came in they were out of everything! Microwaved my hot Sandwich said toaster oven been down forever ! Say cooperate won’t pay for new one, or fix it! I asked do they stay busy they said yes! Why would u have a microwave sandwich with no toaster got my food was hard and didn’t eat makes you wonder how they cut corners is the food bad worst subway I’ve ever been in and the guy working had long hair and no net he was too busy putting food up the help us! Maybe had two waters and 1 coke and that was it in cooler! Read the reviews and don’t come in! I will be calling cooperste in the morning!!!! What a dump!!! And it was 39 minutes for 3 sandwiches!

We had the luxury of the manager waiting on us…and what an exceptional experience!! He was kind and accommodating when deal with the 8 year old twins!! And made sure to address both of them with options!!

$17 for a footlong BMT meal? Never again Subway. Not that I eat here often but that price is ridiculous. For a few dollars more I can enjoy a ribeye dinner at the Majestic.

Went in to catch a sandwich at the end of a long trip. There was a line about 6 people long. After approximately 20 minutes to wait on 1 customer to be taken care of, I did the math and decided that the wait exceeded my patience, so I left and got food at the Pizza Hut in Oakley. No explanation as to why it was taking so long.

This is my second time ordering online and having to wait 40-45 minutes for my order. This time my sub was not even made correctly and she just said:”I’m sorry I’ll speak to the supervisor “. When I told her that it took 40 minutes for my order she said that they were really busy but when I walked in there it was just my sister and I and a few minutes later a crowd came in. Also there was a tea dispenser that was leaking on the floor forming a puddle, I brought it to their attention and they started arguing about who was going to clean it up or what to do with the situation I’m extremely disappointed for the lack of responsibility. I don’t think I’ll eat here again or recommend to anyone.

I get that the Series Subways number 6 get confused to be a 6 inch instead of a footlong to every new worker I’ve met, BUT they always know what to do, and how to resolve it with no questions ask. I appreciate their efforts very much.

I’ve never encountered an employee who was not bashful in her annoyance that a customer came in at 1:45pm on a Wednesday when no other customers where there. Horrible customer service skills, didn’t make the sandwich correct, had a huge “F-Off” sticker on her forehead with how she acted. The only positive was that she was quick.
