Order $33 worth of food. Never received a notice my food was ready. Arrived 10 minutes before expected ready time. Sat in Spot 5 20 minutes before going in to check on food. I waited for an employee to come to the register for 5 additional minutes. Nobody came to the front. I looked through the food on the wire rack inside the door and found my order. I took my ruined food and left. Cold food and wet fries. Terrible curbside service. Wasted my time and money so you will have neither in the future.

Great food. Definitely took a minute to find out its located in chillis and can’t eat inside. Just make sure you order online and you can park on the side of the building and they will bring it right out when its done.

**Update ~ It’s Just Wings did get in touch with me, and said I needed to go through DoorDash for my refund, even tho it was a food quality issue (which doesn’t make sense to me). According to DoorDash policy you have 24hrs to request the refund and for us that window is long gone. The contact person for “It’s Just Wings” didn’t offer any sort of refund or take responsibility for the food quality. For your reference, if you have an issue with “It’s Just Wings” food quality, and it was delivered using DoorDash, take it up with them immediately! **
Well, this was my wife and I’s first experience with “It’s Just Wings” and will be our last. We ordered the 16 plain bone-in wings with no sauces, with fries, and had it delivered. For being a place that just sells wings, you would think they would be excellent. Not so much.. They were sub-par as far as flavor goes and that was even after putting some BBQ sauce on them (TBH even Domino’s plain wings are better). They were also a bit on the greasy/fatty side. As far as the fries go, they appeared as if they were cooked yesterday or maybe the day before, then sort of reheated for sale today, and tasted like it. We have had much better wings and fries at other locations in the area.
First impressions are everything, and It’s Just Wings, definitely missed the mark..

As a person who loves chicken and chicken wings in particular, I thought “It’s just wings” was a straightforward and persuasive name. After all, it’s just wings how can you mess that up? Well this place does. I think a more fitting name would be “It’s just Chili’s” because that’s what it is. The extremely low to mid grade quality of food that is so typical at any given Chili’s, is also present here. The chicken is much like popping a bag of Any’tizers from Tyson into the microwave and slathering it with some concoction of random sauces and spices that resembles something of a classic wing flavor.
A strange and disappointing experience. Strange because although expecting quality food to be served at Chili’s is unreasonable, I was expecting some degree of deliciousness due to the confusing separation of the so-called “It’s just wings” establishment and Chili’s. Disappointing because despite suspicions of this just being a Chili’s gimmick prior to ordering, I placed my order anyway. I suppose I am disappointed in myself only because I got what I asked for. Maybe next time I order from a restaurant that shares an address with Chili’s, I will put 2 and 2 together and avoid it. 1 star.

The worst wings I have ever had. Not even joking, the skin was slimy the fries were chewy and the garlic parmesan tasted like grease trap and expired buffalo sauce. Chicken was undercooked as well. I would give a 0 if I could. This place needs be legally banned from making wings. If I get sick I will be considering legal action.

The wings were soggy, fries soggy. The only good buy was a sprite. My chicken was inedible and tasted of banana. Yuck! Owner’s response was ‘refer to their FAQ page’ which has no contact information. I wouldn’t trust the quality of this restaurant’s food. Overpriced and I’m never eating here again
