The boy in the window was rude. My munchkins had a little to no glaze on them and when I asked for a cup of water, he rung me up for a separate order and charged me $.53 to get water! Seems like they’re more focused on getting every penny they can out of you rather than building repeat customers

Huge shoutout to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Scenic Highway — they’re always on point! I stopped by late at night to grab a coffee to take to my wife at the hospital, and everything was perfect from start to finish.
The service was fast, the staff was friendly and professional, and the coffee was fresh and made exactly how I ordered it. Even during the late hours, they’re consistent and dependable, which means a lot when you’re dealing with stressful moments like hospital visits.
It’s rare to find a place that runs smoothly no matter the time of day, but this location really gets it right. Thank you for being reliable and for making a simple coffee run feel easy and stress-free. You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

When I visited this location on 10/2, I had my order taken out in the line instead at the speaker box (I assume to try to pretend like they’re getting customers in and out, but what do I know) and I paid in the line. When I got up to the window, the man said that the payment did not go through, so again, I paid. When I looked on my banking app, I was indeed charged twice.
I love most people who work at this location, but after reaching out to customer support, I found that they were no help. It’s been two weeks, no refund. I can like the people who work there as much as I want, but if this is the quality of service Dunkin is giving on the back end, why would I want to continue going there?

Poor customer service. After ordering an hour prior to pickup upon arrival I was told they either didn’t receive or gave my order away. They did not want to reconcile the problem. After my insistence the owner decided they make more donut holes. When they did she would not put variety of
Holes as ordered in case others may want. She did not care that I was a customer and
Wanted a variety. She was dismissive and spoke Spanish among the other employees to instruct them of how to handle which was to ignore me and take care of other customers. Choose another DD for any type of service.

Customer service is non existent, I ordered a simple hashbrown and the order was wrong I decided to go back as I was passing back by just for the guy to argue about what I ordered. I simply wanted what I ordered and he refusing to listen and talking about pricing which I was not wondered about. On top of the food looking disgusting .

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Dunkin’. I ordered a coffee with oatmilk, but when I took a sip, it was clear there was no oatmilk in it. I politely let the woman at the drive-thru know, and instead of simply adding oatmilk, she started yelling at me, insisting that it was already in the coffee and claiming oatmilk doesn’t have any taste.
As someone who drinks oatmilk regularly, I know it has a distinct flavor, and I’m confident it wasn’t in my coffee. Her attitude was completely uncalled for and made the experience uncomfortable. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but it’s another to be rude to a customer.
I hope Dunkin’ takes this kind of behavior seriously and ensures better customer service in the future.

Was going to purchase something from this restaurant, but couldn’t do so because they don’t have the doors open to go in. I don’t choose to buy donuts from a little building like this without seeing them. This is not your standard Dunkin’ Donuts size restaurant. This day they chose to have the doors unopened. So couldn’t spend any money. Can’t tell you what the service or the atmosphere was like because couldn’t get in to the restaurant.

This Dunkin’ had the BEST donuts ever at a Dunkin Donuts! They were soft and fresh!! I don’t normally eat donuts from Dunkin Donuts because they are semi hard and not the freshest!!! I initially only bought some for the kids, but had to double back for some for myself! The staff was very friendly as well!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I asked for a iced coffee with French vanilla swirl cream and sugar and two chocolate vanilla cream filled donuts. He gave me ice with milk, cream and sugar!! Where the heck was the coffee, I literally asked my husband why the drink was so white. Then I bit into the donut and it was the yellow custard inside.
