Woman at the counter was so friendly or I would have given 1 star. Took 11 minutes for my order @ 2pm. Only a order of 2 cookies was in front of me, I ate inside.
The shift manager gave me a look for ordering well done Fries. He proceeded to serve 4 baskets of fries to the drive through before finally getting to my order. I know because I stood there and watched. In this part of town you need to be prepared to cater to picky customers. I don’t have children so I don’t have to go McDonald’s but I do like the fries they just need to step up their game.

Of the hundreds of McDonald’s I have been to around the World,
this McDonald’s has to be the most amazing one that I have ever been to!!!
Very clean, very friendly, very prompt, and the food is very fresh.
And the coolest part about the restaurant is definitely the atmosphere and the spectacular interior design!
On every inch of the building it is embroided in custom stone work!
Exterior and interior!
The walls are lined with beautiful photography of the Arizona mountains.
And even the bathroom, every square inch of the bathroom is also embroided in nice natural looking tile work!
The bathrooms even have golden toilets! How fancy is that!
This is comparable to the Ritz-Carlton!
And there’s a beautiful park right outside of the restaurant. Lined with gorgeous botanical trees!
Out of the hundreds of McDonald’s I have been to around the Earth, I have been to London, Paris, Sri Lanka, Los Angeles, New York City, everywhere.
This McDonald’s definitely takes the Cake of being the nicest McDonald’s in the World!!!
(I hope that McDonald’s Corporate allows them to keep this beautiful interior, and not replace it with something generic and ugly.)

Food was good, made after ordered, made correctly (specific instructions followed). I don’t know what constitutes a good or bad atmosphere, but it was pretty calm. The staff was pleasant, and other patrons were chill. Service was great, food was brought to our table. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Pro tip – don’t sit next to the play place if you want quiet.

Big Macs used to have two Pattie’s. At the price this little rascal goes for it should be complete.
Asked for easy lettuce extra cheese.
Charged for the cheese but took away a patty.

This McDonald’s is quick, efficient, and consistent in taste, which is great. However, the staff often seem checked out and not very friendly, just focused on getting the job done. While there’s nothing wrong with that, the lack of warmth makes the experience less enjoyable. I’d rather drive a bit further to the McDonald’s by I-35, where the service feels more welcoming and engaging.

This location is definitely the worst I have ever been to. The service has consistently gone down. Between items just missing or being completely wrong I genuinely can’t remember the last time when they got my order correct. There are consistently messing up orders here. On more than one occasion I have gone here to order food and noticed it was incorrect, gone to them to correct the order only for it to still be incorrect. They mess up so much it’s almost comical at this point. It has to be intentional to be this bad this often. I will go out of the way to avoid coming to this location from now on. Just save your time, money and your energy go to another McDonald’s. You’ll be thankful you did.

I just got home with a my sausage, egg, and cheese Mc Griddle. The problem is, is that it’s missing the sausage, egg, and cheese. I tried to call the numbers posted on Google and I got a fax machine as well as a never ending ring. This could have been better McD’s.
